When one understands this clearly, not merely conceptually, one will see that the idea of "manifestation" is the sum result of deterministic conditions (or "values") interacting and interlocking over time, thereby equating to the most common denominator of causal input.
The universe is ultimately deterministic, mathematically.
Numbers, on a quantum and actual level, are entities. They exist in infinite variations, and each variation is an expression, a value.
A value is a quality, an appearance.
An appearance is a phenomenon, which is something that can be measured, quantified.
These appearances (or values) in space act and operate as both principalities and systems.
A system is an organizational grouping of patterns.
You never "change", you only grow into who you always were.
Remember, time is not linear, it is toroidal, via the eternity that is Now (emptiness, "zero" point).
The universe is deterministic, and all things within it are predetermined.
Free will is only a seemingly autonomous mechanism that is chained to fate.
The actor (or "avatar") must act out certain choices that will inevitably lead it down its predetermined path.
However, there are many universes, and each of which are predetermined.
Consequently, each and every possibility from one universe is reflected or played out in another, infinitely, in each varying outcome.
With programs (beliefs & ideas) you code the matrix.
The matrix is only a weavable fabric (binary code) of the screen of space.
The sense of "I AM" is tethered to memory and is made rigid by memory and the seemingly unending continuity of perceived/experienced space-time.
Consciousness is not zero, it is 1.
From that 1 reflecting itself unto itself begets 2, duality, then from duality comes the multiplicity of things (eternal and infinite expression and repetition cycling unto itself over and over. The snake eating its own tail, the Ouroboros).
