“Pursuits” at such speeds that they are likely to result in the death of someone are hunts for humans. Our police state accepts our deaths and reprimands our language when we notice. My word for it is not incorrect.
Replying to @IncarcerNation
Please use the correct words when describing these incidents.
When the police go after someone in their vehicle, it’s called a “ vehicle pursuit”, not a hunt.😐 You hunt animals, you pursue vehicles.

Stevie Jones was killed by police during mental health crisis. The cop was actually fired and not cleared and charged with 1st degree manslaughter. Case is pending in court.
Name: Steven “Stevie” Jones
Age: 55
Gender: Male
Race: Black
Date: 03/03/2026
Location: 687 Blue Hills Avenue
City: Hartford
County: Hartford
State: Connecticut
Agency: Hartford Police Department
Officer(s): Joseph Magnano
Cause of Death: Gunshot
Event: Killed by police during mental health crisis
On 02/27/2026, a family member called 911 seeking help because Steven Jones was experiencing an acute mental health crisis, had cut himself and was holding a large knife. Officer Josue Charles arrived at 11:07 a.m. and found Jones outside 687 Blue Hills Avenue. Charles used a Taser, which was ineffective. Officers James Prignano and Jackeline Torres subsequently arrived. Body-camera and bystander video show the three officers maintaining distance while repeatedly trying to persuade Jones to put down the knife.
Officer Joseph Magnano arrived at approximately 11:12 a.m. with his handgun drawn. Jones began walking toward him while holding the knife. Magnano backed away and repeatedly ordered Jones to drop it. Approximately 30 seconds after arriving, Magnano fired nine rounds at Jones. Jones was hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds and died on 03/03/2026.
Hartford fired Magnano on 03/27/2026. The Connecticut Inspector General subsequently concluded that Magnano's use of deadly force was not justified, finding that the other officers had been de-escalating the encounter and that Jones did not pose an imminent threat requiring deadly force when Magnano fired.
On 05/18/2026, Magnano was charged with first-degree manslaughter. He was released on $50,000 bond. His attorney has stated that he intends to plead not guilty.

Maria Lewis was killed by the cop who lived next door. The story is not adding up but he will not be charged.
Name: Maria Ernestina Lewis
Age: 32
Gender: Female
Race: Latina
Date: 02/28/2026
Location: Near East Kinetic Drive and South Reliance Way
City: Mesa
County: Maricopa
State: Arizona
Agency: Arizona Attorney General’s Office
Officer(s): Special Agent DuLance Morin
Cause of Death: Gunshot
Event: Killed by off-duty law enforcement officer
On 02/28/2026 at approximately 2:44 a.m., Maria Ernestina “Mia” Lewis was outside the home of her next-door neighbor, Arizona Attorney General’s Office Special Agent DuLance Morin, 47. Morin’s wife called 911 after the family reported being awakened by loud banging and yelling at their front door. Morin told investigators he retrieved his personally owned 9mm Glock, which was approved for his official use, and went to the door. He said he repeatedly warned the person outside that he was armed and would shoot if someone entered. According to an Attorney General’s Office review, Morin said Lewis responded that she was armed.
Lewis was shot once at close range and died outside Morin’s front door. Morin told investigators that he did not remember how the door opened or shooting Lewis and subsequently characterized the shooting as accidental. Investigators found no damage to Morin’s front door. A cartridge casing was found outside the house, and a rock near Lewis’s body contained her DNA. Police found no video recording of the shooting, Morin’s front-door Ring camera was broken.
The Maricopa County Medical Examiner classified Lewis’s death as a homicide. Mesa police initially disclosed only that Morin was “involved” in the shooting, but after executing search warrants, conducting interviews and reviewing forensic evidence, detectives identified him as the person who shot Lewis.
On 03/13/2026, Mesa police submitted one count of negligent homicide against Morin to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for a charging decision.
The Arizona Attorney General’s Office disputed the police recommendation. An internal review stated that the evidence it examined did not support negligent homicide, particularly in light of Arizona self-defense law. Attorney General Kris Mayes kept Morin on administrative leave while prosecutors reviewed the case.

62 bullets. Then police realized they had the wrong guy.
Name: Edilberto Espinoza Sierra
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Race: Latino
Date: 03/08/2026
Location: 115 Market Street parking deck
City: Wilmington
County: New Hanover
State: North Carolina
Agency: Wilmington Police Department, New Hanover County Sheriff's Office
Officer(s): Not Disclosed
Cause of Death: Gunshot
Event: Killed by police in mistaken identity
On 03/08/2026, at approximately 3:15 a.m., Wilmington police and New Hanover County sheriff's deputies responded to gunfire inside the downtown parking deck at 115 Market Street. They found 26-year-old a man seriously wounded by gunfire. Witness information initially led officers to several men in one vehicle, who were detained, and then to Espinoza Sierra in a blue Dodge Challenger.
Police alleged Espinoza Sierra did not comply with commands to stop and show his hands and continued driving through the crowded garage. Authorities said his car sideswiped an occupied Audi, struck an occupied Nissan and endangered officers and civilians. His family disputed the police characterization, saying he was frightened, was trying to leave and had no involvement in the original shooting. Bystander video reportedly shows the car moving through the garage as officers follow it, someone can be heard saying "shoot him" before the vehicle disappears down a ramp and numerous gunshots follow.
Seven Wilmington police officers and New Hanover County sheriff's deputies fired a combined 62 rounds. Espinoza Sierra was struck repeatedly and died at the scene, 13 projectiles and two bullet fragments were recovered during his autopsy. Investigators later reported finding a loaded handgun between the driver's seat and center console, authorities did not report that Espinoza Sierra fired it during the encounter.
The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation obtained the involved officers' body-camera recordings. On 06/24/2026, New Hanover County District Attorney Jason Smith announced that no officers would be criminally charged, concluding after reviewing the SBI investigation and body-camera footage that the shootings were legally justified. Espinoza Sierra's family disputed that conclusion and continued calling for accountability. The officers' names had not been publicly disclosed in the reporting located.

Leon Davis voluntarily admitted himself to St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, WA to get help with alcohol withdrawal. During withdrawal, he became confused and agitated. First hospital security and then 7 cops piled on top of him while he was in a prone position for a prolonged period and put a spit hood on him. He died. He also had numerous injuries from the incident. He was unarmed.

Age: 27
Gender: Male
Race: Black
Date: 03/14/2026
Location: St. Francis Hospital, 34515 9th Avenue S
City: Federal Way
County: King
State: Washington
Agency: Federal Way Police Department
Officer(s): Not Disclosed
Cause of Death: Prone restraint
Event: Killed while being restrained by police in hospital
On 03/12/2026, Leon Alex Davis, 27, voluntarily admitted himself to St. Francis Hospital for treatment of alcohol withdrawal syndrome. By the morning of 03/14, Davis had become confused and agitated. Hospital security restrained him after he would not return to his room, and Federal Way police were called at approximately 11:30 a.m.
Eight Federal Way police personnel (seven officers and a supervisor) responded. Body-camera footage reviewed by The Seattle Times showed Davis already face-down on the floor when police arrived. Officers joined hospital security in restraining him, handcuffed his hands behind his back and placed a spit hood over his head.
Davis remained restrained face-down for at least 25 minutes. According to reporting based on the body-camera footage, officers pressed on his back and restrained his arms and legs while Davis repeatedly cried for help and said he could not breathe. Nurses and at least one physician were present. Officers discussed turning Davis over but did not do so until a nurse noticed that he appeared unresponsive.
When Davis was finally turned onto his back, he had no pulse and was not breathing. Medical personnel attempted resuscitation, but Davis died at the hospital. His autopsy documented blunt-force injuries to his head, face, neck and wrists.
The King County Medical Examiner determined that Davis died from cardiac arrest caused by prolonged restraint in a prone position in the setting of alcohol withdrawal syndrome. Obesity and chronic alcohol use were contributing conditions. The manner of death was ruled homicide.
The Valley Independent Investigative Team, led by the Port of Seattle Police Department, investigated the death. The Federal Way officers were initially placed on administrative leave but had returned to work by August. Davis's family subsequently filed a $50 million tort claim against the City of Federal Way, a required step before filing the contemplated civil-rights lawsuit.

Eric Wayne Baker was traffic-stopped by Phoenix PD for riding a bicycle without a front light, assaulted during rough arrest, tasered multiple times and restrained until he died during arrest.
Eric Wayne Baker
Age: 52
Gender: Male
Race: White
Date: 04/04/2026
Location: Buena Apartments, 1400 block of W. Dobson Road / University Drive and Dobson Road
City: Mesa
County: Maricopa
State: Arizona
Agency: Mesa Police Department
Officer(s): Not Disclosed
Cause of Death: Taser
Event: Died after police foot pursuit, physical restraint and multiple Taser deployments during traffic stop for riding bicycle without front light
On 04/04/2026 at approximately 8:30 p.m., Mesa Police Department officers saw 52-year-old Eric Wayne Baker riding a bicycle near University Drive and Dobson Road. Police said the bicycle lacked a required front light. Officers activated emergency lights and sirens, and Baker continued west on University Drive before entering the Buena Apartments. Two officers pursued him on foot while a third drove around the complex. Baker crashed his bicycle onto a concrete walkway.
Police said Baker pulled away, would not give officers his hands, attempted to get up and kicked at officers as they tried to arrest him. During the approximately one-minute-and-35-second struggle, officers physically struck Baker and deployed Tasers multiple times. Three officers eventually handcuffed him. Police also learned Baker had an active felony warrant related to a probation revocation.
Bystander video presents a disputed view of the struggle. The recording shows three officers restraining Baker on the ground. Baker's face appears bloodied, and he can repeatedly be heard saying that he cannot breathe. A witness told ABC15 that Baker was not fighting officers but was pleading for help. Baker's daughter, Charlee Baker, later disputed the police account that her father assaulted an officer.
Police said approximately 45 seconds after Baker was handcuffed, officers moved him onto his side. About 40 seconds later they requested an expedited medical response. Police said Baker continued yelling, kicking and moving on the ground, and responding medical personnel were initially unable to obtain his vital signs because of his movement.
Baker was placed in an ambulance for transport to a hospital. He became unresponsive during transport. Resuscitation efforts were begun, but he died.
Baker's family retained civil-rights attorney Benjamin Taylor and questioned the amount of force used during an encounter that began with a bicycle-light violation. Three months after Baker's death, the Maricopa County Medical Examiner's autopsy findings had still not been released. The Maricopa County Attorney's Office currently lists Baker's in-custody death investigation as “Awaiting submittal,” with Mesa Police Department as the investigating agency.
The three involved officers were placed on 40 hours of critical-incident leave and later returned to duty. Mesa Police did not refer the death to an outside agency, stating that it did not meet the East Valley Critical Incident Response Team's criteria. The department's Critical Incident Review Board, including Internal Affairs and Training Division personnel, is reviewing the incident.
Weapon(s): None reported.

Lil Narco gets out the big gusano dog whistle
Former Senatobia cop Foster who killed Kohen Wiley had 2 previous lawsuits for excessive force, one of them also mentioning that he exaggerated the threat by the vehicle he stepped in front of. Two Black men sued him for “viciously and repeatedly beating” them and claimed that Foster “conspired to charge them with crimes they did not commit” in a Waffle House parking lot in 2019 (video enclosed below).
A second lawsuit was filed by Katherine Jefferson (race unverified) who claimed that on 8/26/2022, they “tased her multiple times,” “stomped on her face breaking her jaw” and “knocked out multiple teeth” during a traffic stop.

Family of Antonio Garza, killed by police in 2023 during mental health crisis near his home was just awarded almost $52 million. The case is described below.
Name: Antonio Garza Jr.
Age: 44
Gender: Male
Race: Latino
Date: 02/05/2023
Location: Interstate 10 near Whitewater, Palm Springs area
City: Palm Springs
County: Riverside
State: California
Agency: San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department
Officer(s): Bill Abernathy; Nicholas Kridner
Cause of Death: Gunshot
Event: Killed by police following vehicle pursuit during mental health crisis
On 02/05/2023, Antonio Garza Jr., 44, was killed by San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies following a 35-minute vehicle pursuit that began at his Yucca Valley residence. Deputies responded to a reported arson, although his family's attorneys maintained he was legally burning personal belongings on his own property. Garza, who was experiencing a mental health crisis, fled in his vehicle. The pursuit ended near Interstate 10 in the Palm Springs area, where Garza fled on foot.
Deputies chased him for approximately two minutes. Police claimed Garza raised a golf club toward a deputy before deputies Bill Abernathy and Nicholas Kridner opened fire. A privately commissioned autopsy documented 12 gunshot wounds, including wounds to his back and wounds inflicted while he was on the ground. Neither deputy was wearing a body camera, but a passing motorist recorded part of the confrontation.
On 10/22/2026, following a seven-day federal civil trial, a unanimous jury awarded Garza's family $51.8 million, finding the deputies liable for his death. The verdict included $10 million in punitive damages.
Evidence presented during the trial revealed that Garza had previously been declared incompetent to stand trial and had been released from jail just 12 days before his death. His family said they had repeatedly sought mental health treatment for him without success. The sheriff's department maintained that the deputies' actions were justified and said both had previously been cleared of criminal liability by the Riverside County District Attorney's Office. Garza's family is now calling on California Attorney General Rob Bonta to pursue criminal charges. The county is considering an appeal.

Seafood just got MAGA'd. It will even get a “U.S.-Caught Seafood” label.
😫🤯🚨What Trump just did:
- Expanded commercial fishing access in previously protected marine areas.
- Reduced fishing regulations and increased harvest opportunities, including unknown changes to fishing quotas.
Trump is giving $5 billion in loans to the commercial fishing industry. To Whom?
Who will benefit? Small fishing cooperatives, or large seafood processors with the financial resources to borrow tens of millions? The announcement doesn't establish who will receive the money but there is a multigenerational nepo family named Dulcich who run Pacific Seafood and large fishing industries Trump has been meeting with.
Where is Trump going fishing? Mind-blowing. See🧵

AMERICAN SEAFOOD FIRST 🇺🇸🐟
The future of seafood in the U.S. will be built by American fishermen, American workers, and American industry, NOT foreign imports. That’s why President Trump’s America First Seafood Strategy puts American fishermen FIRST and ensures that American seafood once again competes and wins in American markets.
@POTUS' America First Seafood Strategy restores American fisheries as a strategic national priority by:
🏗️ Rebuilding American seafood production
🚢 Revitalizing domestic processing and infrastructure
🦞 Aggressively promoting American seafood products
🇺🇸 Ensuring federal policy prioritizes American fishermen over foreign imports

These new "fishing grounds" include areas designated for their exceptional biodiversity, fragile habitats and protected species. Industrial fishing can accidentally catch protected wildlife, damage sensitive habitats and disrupt marine food webs. There is a significant environmental assault on sensitive marine areas which is to benefit still unknown fishing industries Trump is making deals with.

On 6/11/2026, in the Oval Office, when Trump signed the proclamation reopening protected Pacific fishing grounds, a major seafood corporation's leadership was standing there with him. Here they are.
Frank Dulcich. CEO of Pacific Seafood. Trump thanked him by name.
Dominic Dulcich. Frank Dulcich's son, introduced by Trump.
Charles Dulcich. Frank Dulcich's son, also introduced by Trump.
