There's still an opportunity to get involved with the 'Doing intersectionality ‘in justice’' project - aiming to explore young people's experience of policing in Scotland, and how police officers recognise and respond to young people's experiences.
If you work with young people (14-17), please share this opportunity to take part in creative focus groups and interviews.
For more information, you can visit buff.ly/Jre03Jb or email the project team at [email protected]
Challenging Justice Inequalities is funded by the Nuffield Foundation and is a collaboration between the Children & Young People's Centre for Justice (CYCJ) and colleagues across @unistrathclyde (in CELCIS, @lawstrath and Strathclyde Institute of Education) as well as third sector partners Action for Children and @includem2000.

‼️ Today MPs will consider the NI Bill and vote on amendments made by @UKHouseofLords which would exempt most social care orgs from devastating increases.
We urge parliamentarians to share the evidence we and our members have provided and stand up for social care & our sector.

It is worth remembering that many families with children will be impacted by this. The government should be investing the the welfare state, to ensure we are all protected from falling into poverty. Not subjecting those who are most vulnerable to cuts in their payments.
This is shocking. @itvnews reporting that even those with extreme disabilities in the unfit to work category are likely to lose money under new government plans. Charities have branded the move catastrophic
