Today at @NorthwoodCPS we are creating a well-being routine to start and end our day in a positive way. This includes affirmations, dance, exercise, gratitude, best part of day & relaxation. The more we create time for our own well-being and self-care, the better.

Wow had such an amazing day today. Went into a class and a child told me she’d been using her cup of kindness. She said her Aunty had felt sad and she’d made her day 🥰 So lovely when I know the children have been using their activities at home 🙏 @NorthwoodCPS

I had the honour of working in Brazil class at @NorthwoodCPS this week. The children were amazing telling the class all about their good qualities, building self esteem and communication skills. Well done 👏🏼

The best part was hearing the discussions around women in space and the special time families spent together designing and creating! The winning entries are going to be displayed in the new Kirkby Gallery exhibit in the new year and we have 6 fantastic winners to display.
