On March 13th, 1990 over 1000 disabled activists and their allies crawled up 83 steps to the entrance of the Capitol. Worldwide media covered the climb of 8-year-old Jennifer Keelan-Chaffins of Denver, CO (who has cerebral palsy) who exclaimed “I’ll take all night if I have to!”
