This act is a direct insult to the National Flag under Section 2 of the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971.
Explanation 4 makes clear that disrespect includes using the Flag as part of anything worn below the waist, and subjecting it to gross affront or indignity. Placing the Tiranga inside a shoe falls under both.
Punishment: imprisonment up to 3 years, or fine, or both. A repeat offence attracts a minimum of 1 year's imprisonment under Section 3A.
This is a cognizable offence. Kindly register an FIR under Section 173 of the BNSS, 2023 and take immediate action. The act also violates the Flag Code of India, 2002.

बहुत दुःखद है कि आज पूरा पंजाब दहकते हुए शोलों पर है। हर मोहल्ले में, हर गाँव में आज नशे के कारण नौजवानों की मौत हो रही है।
नशा दीमक की तरह पंजाब की नौजवानी को खा रहा है। हमारी पूरी पीढ़ी नशे की गिरफ्त में जा चुकी है और दूसरी तरफ लॉ एंड ऑर्डर पूरी तरह से हाशिए पर चला गया है।
पंजाब की वर्तमान स्थिति ऐसी है कि अब Whistleblower को दबाया जा रहा है, मारा जा रहा है, उन्हीं पर कार्रवाई की जा रही है, उन्हें आत्महत्या के लिए मजबूर किया जा रहा है और सरेआम गोलियाँ मारी जा रही हैं।
पूरा पंजाब आक्रोशित है। लोग सड़कों पर हैं। ऐसा लग रहा है कि लोगों को कोई सुरक्षा देने वाला बचा नहीं है। सरकार से लोगों का विश्वास उठ चुका है।
पंजाब एक दहकते हुए ज्वालामुखी पर बैठा है।
भारतीय जनता पार्टी वचनबद्ध है कि हमें मौका दीजिए, हम 31/12/2029 तक पंजाब से नशा समाप्त करेंगे।

दिरबा में एक पिता का दबाव में जहर खा लेना और मानसा में नशे के खिलाफ आवाज उठाने वाले परविंदर सिंह झोटा की दिनदहाड़े हत्या ने पंजाब की कानून-व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। परविंदर के पिता ने AAP सरकार और उनके विधायक पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं। गृह मंत्रालय भी इन दोनों घटनाओं पर पंजाब सरकार से जवाब माँगेगा।
पंजाब में नशे का कारोबार फल-फूल रहा है, संगठित अपराध का खतरा बढ़ रहा है और नशे के खिलाफ आवाज उठाने वालों की सुरक्षा पर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं।
