Apne sitam se mazak banane ka rukh koi bhi le sakta hai 😂😃 Law firms with good working moat and credibility and insane work talent can be a bit AI native. Or else it doesn't work. Harvey cannot replace law firms.

Feels like a pretty bad genAI model reliance-loop ratio for a workflow to suggest such thing. AI for marketing doesn't ensure brand safety that easily it seems. Going back to drawing board matters.

Oh, I think I know why Indian RW hates UP AI Report. "It doesn't deify UP Government" "UP is a loser dehat state, who gives a damn if someone made a report on it" "Ye dehati kya analysis karenge" Ironically it is a pan-India collective report. Thank you for being stereotypical and honestly - idiotic. It only reeks how both LW and RW are at times not always mirrors to one another in their actions. @AKLKO1977

There are central Indians and North Indians. But never mind.... Another unfortunate generalization.

My hyper scepticism towards manually reshaping every AI output always works. I always politely lecture my colleagues to focus on accuracy and credibility associated with outputs. AI rahe na rahe, credibility rehni chahiye, defensibility bane rahni chahiye. 😎 @AKLKO1977

Also explains India's "tech policy" landscape, esp. how US-India people to people ties' mirror effect damages Indian AI startups' real concerns. Problem hi wahi hai.
I have come to the conclusion that a lot of the Indian tech elite see themselves in the mirror and see a white person. then they reach America.

Friction. Friction. Friction. is the new Distribution. Distribution. Distribution. AI is rapidly eroding many of the moats we built businesses around in the pre-AI world. So what's left to build around? Increasingly, I think the answer is friction. Domain-specific complexity. Licenses. Regulation. Compliance. Cross-border rules. Messy workflows. Fragmented stakeholders. Physical-world dependencies. If your business doesn't have meaningful friction embedded in the problem it solves, it's becoming much harder to build something defensible. Pre-AI, we ran away from friction. We wanted simple, scalable, frictionless businesses. Post-AI, the very friction we once avoided might be what makes a business valuable and defensible. Of course, the goal isn't to create friction. It's to remove it for customers while building capabilities that are hard for competitors to replicate. Friction might now be as important as distribution was in the pre-AI world.

Blast from the past: ISAIL's infamous 2022 Handbook on AI and International Law completed 5 years. 5 years ago, the legendary Gregor Strojin, former Co-Chairperson, ad hoc AI Committee for the Council of Europe - authored a foreword for this crazy handbook. Here's his foreword: linkedin.com/pulse/foreword-… ISAIL has been in Indian AI policy before ORF, ILTN, Carnegie India and many others. Sorry for stating the obvious. We will share more history nuggets as ISAIL becomes properly 7 years old (legally) and 8 years old (conceptually) on November 16. :D
