OK. It's happening, and I can finally talk openly about it (a thread). I have decided to transfer from my #PhD into a #Masters degree. I'm currently writing my thesis - I'm due to submit in October. And I want to talk about it, because we don't talk about this enough.

Today I graduated from my Master of Teaching (Secondary) Internship 👩‍🎓. Though these last two years have been incredibly challenging, going back to Uni (for the upteenth time!) was the best decision I ever made ⭐️ ⬇️

In 2023 I am also stoked to be teaching VCE Chemistry! Though Bio is a huge part of my background I have realised Chem is my first love ❤️. Also super stoked to be teaching some maths, and Year 7s again in a fresh setting. 🧪⬇️

Do recommend getting stuck into a pomodoro session before the numbers come out though - much better than my old “refresh until they appear” strategy

#SciCommSeptember 7: Fave fact! I love dispelling myths especially in the #wellness space. Did you know that there’s no specific proof that #collagen supplements do anything to help your skin/hair/nails? Essentially no better than eating a balanced protein intake (or powder)!
