Race Around Niederösterreich 2022 - we started at 9PM and it’s going fine so far. 275km in 7 hours, of course watts were above what was planned for the first couple of hours, but have settled down nicely to the planned 75-80%FTP.

Brevet Week 2022 almost done, just 600KM to come over the coming weekend. Today’s 400KM was pretty challenging with freezing bellow zero Temperature in the morning and pretty hot afternoon at Primorska region.

I use E2 (and/or 3) and E1X, first one for long rides/races (10+h), the other for all the rest. A normal position with the nose tilted down somewhat. You have to play with that until you find a position that suits you best.
