⚠️The Performance Backline⚠️ I'm looking to optimize performance for esports players, teams and organizations across their whole journey. As a physiotherapist, manual therapist, ergonomist and soon-to-be mental performance coach specialized in esports, I can help with: 🩹 **Pain & injury management** — treat pain, identify the underlying causes and get players back to performing without unnecessary downtime 🖱️ **Ergonomics & prevention** — optimize setup, posture and habits to reduce physical stress and prevent recurring issues 💪 **Physical preparation** — build strength, mobility and cardiovascular capacity adapted to the demands of esports 🧠 **Mental performance** — develop mental skills, manage pressure, build confidence and maintain focus under competition 🔋 **Recovery & longevity** — optimize recovery, workload, sleep and daily habits to keep players performing throughout the season 🏆 **Performance optimization** — connect all these elements to help players push their performance further 🤝 **Team & staff support** — contribute to a healthier, more sustainable high-performance environment A player in pain? I treat them. A fragile player? I strengthen them. A performing player? I optimize them. A player who wants to last? I help them build longevity. **My goal: Overclock players and expand their headroom** — Not just fix their problems. Build players who are healthier, stronger, sharper and able to perform at their peak. If you're a player, team or organization looking for someone who can take care of the whole performance equation, my DMs are open. I'm the backliner you've been looking for.
