Today’s NCID report clearly highlights how claimants using the Injuries Resolution Board’s services are achieving almost identical levels of compensation compared with litigation, in a shorter time period.

As we mark National Slow Down Day, it's worth reflecting on the impact road traffic accidents have on individuals and communities.
In 2025 we received 11,667 claims relating to motor accidents, with over half involving drivers and over a quarter involving passengers.
