Amazing weather today. Quick refreshment break @AcademiWales Summer School #awss24 before another keynote speaker, @jactawe no less, going to be interesting! #leadership #adaptiveleadership – at Lampeter, Wales

Stimulating presentation to start the day led by #barbarabanda , talking about Beyond Whiteness. We need to support diversity to allow all to be themselves rather than supporting them to adapt to be like the majority. Its about being yourself, rather than fitting in. #awss24 – at Lampeter, Wales

How do you like the office today? #coaching #northwalessocial #haltonhour #awss24 – at Lampeter, Wales
