Song : Hun Hai GC - The Anthem English
Lyrics : Nafrat nahi, bas sawaal hai...
Insaaf ka, aur aane wale kal ka.
Yeh aag nahi, yeh awaaz hai... GC ki.
Raaton ki neend bhula ke, humne syllabus ghota,
Socha tha mehnat ka fal, hamesha meetha hota.
Par UGC ki nithi (policy) ne, naya khel rachaya,
Equity ke parde mein, merit ko peeche bhagaya.
Sawaal 2026 ka hai, kya hum yahan paraye hain?
Apne hi desh mein, hum kyun haashiye (margins) pe aaye hain?
Kitaabon ke panno mein, bas apna khoon paseena,
GC hona aaj ban gaya, ek mushkil sa jeena.
Oh... par hum rukne waale nahi,
Hum jhukne waale nahi.
Awaaz mein hai shanti, par iraadon mein hai jaan!
Suno zamaane waalon, hum GC ki lalkaar hain!
Kalam hamara hathiyaar, hum merit ke haqdaar hain!
Kanoon ho sabke liye ek, yehi toh hamari maang hai,
Bhed-bhav (discrimination) ki beej pe, lagta kyun ye daag hai?
Hum hain GC, hum hain GC, uthegi ye pukaar,
Suno zamaane waalon, hum merit ke haqdaar!
Samvidhan (Constitution) ne di azaadi, sabko barabar rakha,
Par vote-bank ki rajneeti ne, is desh ko kya chakkha?
SC-ST act ka misuse, ek khuli sacchai hai,
Jhoothi FIR ke darr ne, kitni neendein udayi hain.
Bina soche arrest ka darr, reputation mitti mein,
Kya GC ke samman ki, koi value nahi is chitti mein?
Humein protection kyun nahi? Kyun aisi an-dekhi?
Naye guidelines mein bhi, bas hamari kismat pheeki.
Kisika haq chheen-na, hamara maksad nahi...
Bas apne hisse ka aasmaan maangte hain.
EWS ke waade the, wo bhi ulajh ke reh gaye,
Dignity aur barabari ka, nishan maangte hain.
Toh aao... Kadam milao...
Suno zamaane waalon, hum GC ki lalkaar hain!
Kalam hamara hathiyaar, hum merit ke haqdaar hain!
Kanoon ho sabke liye ek, yehi toh hamari maang hai,
Bhed-bhav ki beej pe, lagta kyun ye daag hai?
Hum hain GC, hum hain GC, uthegi ye pukaar,
Suno zamaane waalon, hum merit ke haqdaar!
Hum hain GC...
The voice of merit...
Peace. Equality. Justice.
Sad to see Pakistan’s army mercilessly killing local Gujjars/Bakarwals in Pakistan-occupied Jammu. Hope @Amnesty raises this in international forums. People of Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Gilgit-Baltistan want freedom from this oppressive regime.

It’s shocking to see building management resort to tactics like cutting off lift access. Leaving residents stranded regardless of potential emergencies is dangerous and unacceptable. Don't back down—keep calling out this bullying.
Ah, yes, absolutely. Because nothing screams "brave intellectual warrior" quite like shouting into the void from inside a heavily curated, 20-follower echo chamber and hosting a virtual circle-jerk.
Sure, let's demand they "show some spine" and step out of their cozy little digital fortress—after they finish polishing their virtual trophies and recovering from the sheer exhaustion of blocking anyone who disagrees with them, of course.
Though, let's be honest: will they actually take your invitation and step foot out here? Not a chance. Crossing over into open waters means risking their fragile little bubbles, and that's a terrifying concept when you're used to an audience that only knows how to nod along. Truly, revolutionary stuff.

Human nature is the only thing that never changes in business.
People don’t buy products. They buy stories, status, and the feeling that they’re getting away with something.
This college girl was pricing her hoodies at $50 until a stranger used one psychological trick to make customers happily hand her $1… and she made more money.
The trick is almost insultingly simple once you see it.
Watch the full Senate estimates exchange between Senator Lidia Thorpe and Senate President Sue Lines, involving a letter from Thorpe, Senator Fatima Payman and Senator Mehreen Faruqi that raised concerns about racism and referenced Senator Pauline Hanson.
Thorpe questions whether Lines included Hanson in the response and refers to her as “the perpetrator.”
Are Senator Lidia Thorpe’s remarks correct, or over-exaggerated? Watch the video and tell us your own conclusion.

Aussie banter in one exchange:
“Why are you always in the pub drinking?”
“Because that’s what we do after work. If you don’t like it, the airport’s that way… or you could just try a beer and see what the fuss is about.”
Nobody’s converting anyone, everyone’s got a line. Classic. 🍺🇦🇺
Massive congratulations to @OmarAbdullah and @Nidhi for finally making official what literally everyone already knew. Shock of the century.
We need to call out the people who allow such wrong narrative to be peddled on their X spaces.
Pakistan deliberately erases Jammu and Ladakh from the conversation so the world only hears a manufactured “Kashmir” story that serves their religious and territorial claims.
For decades their establishment has enforced a strict rule: never say Jammu, never say Ladakh. The reason is simple and cynical. Call the illegally occupied territory “Azad Kashmir” and you can sell the lie that this is a pure Muslim cause. Call it “Azad Jammu” and the fraud collapses. Jammu has large Hindu and Sikh populations; Ladakh is majority Buddhist. The moment those facts enter the frame, the religion card fails and the world sees a multi-religious, multi-ethnic former princely state rather than a one-dimensional Muslim grievance. So Pakistan and its proxies simply airbrush them out.
They applied the same erasure to the Mirpuris. Mirpur was always administratively and culturally part of the Jammu region. Its people speak languages far closer to Dogri and Pahari than to Kashmiri; they share almost no cultural or linguistic continuity with the Kashmir Valley. Yet Pakistan’s narrative machine told them they were somehow “Kashmiris” so their numbers could be folded into the larger Kashmir claim. The result is a large diaspora in the UK that repeats slogans about “Kashmir” while having little connection to the actual Kashmiri language or culture. It is manufactured identity in service of a land grab.
This is why Pakistani voices and their overseas amplifiers speak exclusively of “Kashmir” while quietly treating Jammu and Ladakh as part of the same demand. Religion is the packaging; the objective is the entire territory. The strategy only works if the other side keeps accepting the truncated language.
Too many Indian voices still do exactly that. Hosts who platform Pakistani speakers on Spaces and then fail to correct basic falsehoods about history, demography, or nomenclature are not being “balanced.” They are letting the other side set the terms. When someone says “Azad Kashmir,” the correct response is not polite disagreement. It is to reject the label outright: the area is not azad; it is occupied, and the accurate description is Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir–Gilgit-Baltistan (PoJK-GB). Anything less hands them the framing they have spent decades building.
The narrative is not lost because the facts are weak. It is lost because too many people on the Indian side continue to negotiate inside Pakistan’s chosen vocabulary instead of forcing the conversation onto the actual map, the actual populations, and the actual history of the former princely state.
