👋 Most of you in the #ens ecosystem have gotten to know me well over the past few years here on X. I'm reaching out to you today looking for support. I'm running for the ENS Ecosystem Steward position @ensdomains. This is my first time running for a position within the ENS DAO. As most of you know, I'm involved more on the community side of ENS. I'm not a developer, but what I bring to the table can be of equal or more value in terms of the growth of ENS. This is why I've applied for steward at only one working group within ENS, which is the Ecosystem Working Group. When I initially applied to be on the ballot, I knew it would be a long shot with this being my first time. But I wanted to put myself out there because I feel that I'm more than capable of being a leader producing change for the better within the ENS ecosystem. I’ve noticed over the years that ENS has some of the most advanced technical builders in the world. But some of the service providers of ENS lack personnel, skill sets, or funds to grow their ecosystem outside of a technical perspective. I plan to help service providers with outreach, ideas, and hands-on work to help grow the ENS ecosystem overall. I have an extensive background in managing top-performing new car dealerships within the United States. Some of my key responsibilities include: -Team Leadership -Sales Strategy -Performance Monitoring -Customer Relations -Inventory Management -Financial Oversight -Training & Development -Market Analysis I rose to the highest level of automotive at a very young age based on a few values that I hold dear, which are: -Doing the next right thing (ethical behavior) -Helping others -Being open-minded -Adaptability -Integrity Some of you may know I retired from automotive earlier this year to move abroad. Before moving, I started a Web3 startup named Integrous. At Integrous, we focused on onboarding new users to Ethereum Name Service. Before health issues surfaced abroad, which led me to ultimately shelve Integrous and return to the USA, we launched a successful ENS campaign. You can find that pinned over @integrousxyz if you'd like to check it out. I'm back in the States now and fortunately, I have my health under control. Running for steward in the ENS ecosystem is my way of doing my part where I see fit to help push the protocol forward based on my skill set. I'm probably the least political person in any room you put me in. I prefer action/results. Those of you that know me personally know this already. We’ve got some great things in the works over @integrousxyz . Here is a sneak peak of our updated site. I just finished my final day in my previous career. While this transition has been a huge mix of emotions. I know that I have a greater calling. I look forward to what the future holds for all of us in the greater web 3 space.
