No matter how good the tech gets, cultural acceptance will be the final boss for robot deployments. What better time to start than when they're young?Happy to host PolyU x YWCA's initiative to introduce robotics to disadvantaged kids in HK. 🤍

Incredible progress in 1 year
Asimov 1 turns one today! A year ago, it was a sketch on a napkin. Now it's a full-body humanoid, shipping to builders in 20+ countries. Thank you to everyone in our community who built it, tested it and believed in it with us. Keep going.

Has GPT-6-Astra Achieved Embodied Intelligence? Across 12 benchmarks, access to training demonstrations and up to 10× the execution budget push several tasks close to 100% success. How does this translate to real robots? Watch our demos across 8 robot configurations to see its capabilities and remaining challenges. If you want to replicate Shenzhen, you have to start with having companies collaborate more. Emily gets it.
what does a robot-native lab space look like? - 16,000 sqft in south park, skylights - a few pre-series A companies backed by tier 1 funds - across different layers of the robotics stack, collaborating - from highly curated network & founder referrals - arms / hardware ready from day 1 - intros to pilot customers + hardware vcs hmu if you’re building 0 -> 1 in robotics. more soon.

Do you think retailers would spend 0.5% of their revenue on physical AI — the most powerful tool they've ever had? That's already $125 billion. It's a big pie, and we've got a head start on cutting out a slice.
How big can physical AI in retail get? Nils from @Auki shares the numbers here, from signed locations to 2027 deployments: ▪️ Auki has already signed over 1,000 locations for @CactusXR ▪️ The project plans to deploy over 1,000 robot store managers in 2027, connected to Cactus and delivered to existing customers ▪️ Retail could spend over $125 billion on physical AI within 5 years This is what a clear plan looks like: a product and signed locations today, robot deployments planned for 2027 and over $125 billion in retail spending expected within 5 years👀 imho the future looks bright 🦾

officially retiring the crash mattresses drastically reduced our control parameters and built a much simpler flight controller much better stability and actual controlled landings with zero broken parts

Billions of robots, drones, and autonomous vehicles are coming. They all need to know exactly where they are — down to the centimeter. That's what GEODNET was built for. The rails for physical AI. 🤖📡 Full debate → link in first comment

I remember being nominated for The Forttuna Group's Innovator of the year award while I was in New York earlier this year. Such a full circle moment now seeing my face on the screen at Times Square. This milestone belongs to the whole team at @tashiprotocol, who keep pushing forward daily. Thank you to everyone who has backed us along the way.

Nils recently gave a keynote at the Humanoid Hub conference on our core thesis of the real world web and why we're making environments smarter while everyone else is only focused on the robots. For yesterday's community update he went through it again. 👇

Never been to one of our robots & beers events? Here's what you're missing: - Presentations with lively Q&A - Robot soccer mayhem - Networking with robotic manufacturers, academics, creatives, web3, finance, international entrepreneurs looking to found startups in HK - Beers 🍻
Looks like an average grocery store, but it's actually a robotics data collection and evaluation environment in the @Auki office in Hong Kong. I'm slowly starting to understand why they say robotics is so far ahead here...

unitree trades at roughly 100x revenue, and most of that revenue still comes from labs and classrooms. outside is where it gets hard. regular gps is off by a few meters. a robot mowing a lawn, spraying a field or crossing a sidewalk needs to be within a couple centimeters.

The future I think will be full of thousands of robots like this one, all over our cities, enabling preventative maintenance and safeguarding infrastructure
We demonstrated this defect (read rust) detection AI recently, trained on a small data set. I'm excited to feed more data into the model.

Your rideshare driver. Your delivery van. Your connected fleet. GPS gets them to the street. Centimeter-level RTK gets them to the lane, the loading dock, the exact parking spot. @GEODNET delivers that precision at only $40/month or $400/year with 22K+ base stations across 175 countries. Get 1 year of free RTK with the purchase of your very own GEO-PULSE 👇
