We should definitely make City Council meetings more accessible, and part of that solution needs to include making sure Denver residents have access to the Internet at home to watch the streams.

Access to reliable internet for some may be a challenge. This is one reason I voted for Denver's municipal broadband ballot measure. Agree that it makes it easier to attend in many cases though.
