18mm for weekend not enough to stop second spring irrigation of this Matador wheat. Trying to get over 100t off this 11.5ha paddock. Might have needed a third fungicide……? Got to see a great sunset too!

Hey @grok, is this true?? Some data centers now run on lab-grown human brain neurons derived from stem cells, wired directly to silicon chips via electrode arrays, and kept alive on life support. Fed sugar every few days. They play Doom. We don’t know if they’re conscious.

Woorak’s annual crop walk again. Fantastic group of people finding the time to have a look around at some amazing El Niño crops. Freely sharing their knowledge and the odd story🤣 Well Done

ewe lamb born 26th July 2025 rearing triplets 15th Aug 2026. Gotta love it. squeezing up puberty, selecting first cycle born , 14 day joining, targeted nutrition all making production spin the wheels. Ewe lambs 196% in lamb this year. It’s getting exciting in this space👌$$$

We’re at Cotton Confernce 2026! Come and drop into stand #45, and see first hand why so many of our awesome farmers stick with Porosity for the long haul - 19years of probing, water and weather monitoring solutions! Meet Thomo and Trobbo, and let them show you what quality equipment and service looks like.  See first hand what a quick and informative dashboard looks like; the kind that helps you make the right call in the paddock. We also have a nice little treat, for any new or existing customers who want to drop in 😉  #cottonconference2026 #agtech #porosityservices #meettheteam

Ursa Ag recently set shockwaves in motion by marketing a line of tractors with no onboard computers at all. Tractors these days are fragile, overpriced monstrosities in which everything is done by computer. They break down constantly because of excessive complexity, and only authorized repair firms are allowed to fix them, at wildly inflated prices and with long delays. Ursa Ag’s tractors are on the other end of the spectrum. They’re simple, sturdy, easy to repair, and cost a modest fraction of what the big boys are charging. Unsurprisingly, the demand is so high that they’re scrambling to expand production lines, because what they offer is what farmers actually want. It’s also the kind of tractor that was standard on North American farms in 1970 or so. Once again, somebody pushed the rewind button on progress, and the people most directly affected by it couldn’t be happier.

The @AgCAREERSTART class of 2026 is getting stuck into their on-farm gap-years. Some of the participants recently added a few extra training tickets to their belt. Courses in low stress stock handling and welding were well attended, despite the freezing Wodonga weather!
