What a lovely, lovely time I had today at @PhxFanFusion. So many stories, so many costumes, so many props. I will be at the con all day tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday. Hope to see more of you (and your amazing costumes) there!

@cathaypacific who can I get help from for someone in new Delhi? We have someone traveling to HK in an electronic wheelchair and the Cathay staff will not let them bring the spare battery on their flight. Cathay in the UK days it shouldn't be a problem.
@cathaypacific can I have someone contact me about why your India airline staff does not want to support people with disabilities? We had to go back to the airport and get the spare battery. We now have to find a way to get it to him in HK next week

How do I get a refund for my remaing #AmazonPrime membership? If @amazonIN will not refund me the money for an order they did not deliver, I will never be ordering anything from them again
The Delivery agent for @AmazonIn is not telling the truth. I never received a call from them to give the OTP and thd they are saying that a package was deliveredon the 8th of November. #AmazonScam

I will not be using @amazonIN anymore. Convex gadgets is a scammer. They marked as delivered but did not deliver. Amazon refuses to refund. Do not buy from this company. I ordered an air purifier, they marked it as delivered even though they didn't contact me for an OTP.
I am at a conference of EdTech pros from Bangladesh to Athens. The No 1 consensus from the group: @Turnitin is preying on schools with 15-30% price increases year after year. I would love to have options from @iborganization that they would accept that isn't Turnitin #NESACHAT

I've been waiting in an @united cust service line for over 3 hours. They cancelled our flight from phx to Den and they have 2 people rebooking flights for everyone. There are still 16 people in front of us. Terrible customer service.
Booked a flight on @AirCanada to Gander, NL. Looks like both flights (PHX->DEN & DEN->YYZ) that were operated by @united were cancelled. Air Canada said that United is required to rebook. What a shit show. I'm not sure which airline I dislike more. Both!
