The one thing with J.J. McCarthy: He throws the fastball a lot. That was somewhat of an issue in Minnesota. The old "catchable ball" thing. You want to be able to turn the speed on and off to help the WR. An example there on the third down to Nabers. Not sure that ball needed to come in that hot. Caught Nabers off guard a bit.

I have always loved Jonathan Taylor as a player, but this is not the time to trade for a 27 year-old running back. We are not making a Super Bowl run. If you absolutely must make a trade for someone, make it an OL or DL or CB you can actually build the future of the team around.
