Whey is best form of protein but expensive. Soy & Yeast doesn't taste that good. To control cost & complete your protein intake you have to mix. Keeping that in mind, I ran some data to figure out the cheapest combination. Here data is of > Whey Flavoured > Soy & Yeast Unflavoured Amount looks small in table but > 1 scoop '100% whey' of 24 gram protein = ₹140.4 > 1 scoop '50% whey + 50% soy' of 24 gram protein = ₹82.8 ⭐️ That's 41% savings per scoop.

At this point, personally I feel Nifty 500 is a better representation of India than Nifty 50. 🇮🇳 India's market performance can't really be judged by only 50 giant cap companies, there are many exciting startup listing & new companies coming up too. Even if Nifty 50 & 500 had similar performance, still 500 would be a better representation.

As per June portfolio, quant Mutual Fund has exited majority of their position in Reliance & Jio Finance which they were holding for a long time. Adani group is now largest holding in quant's schemes.
