Inflasjonen i Norge er ca 8% som enkelt sees på økningen i pengemengden (M2). Gj.snitt lønnsøkning er kanskje 4% i året. Det er -4% kjøpekraft endring i året. Det gir ca en halvering i kjøpekraften per 20 år. Før klarte man seg på en lønn i en familie. Nå må man ha to. Om 20 år til må begge jobbe dobbelt for å være i balanse, om trenden fortsetter.
