🚨 $XRP TO $1.44 BY OCTOBER 26? 😳🚀 $XRP is testing the LOWER boundary of its ascending channel. 👉 RSI is around 46, while ADX is only 18.5. So despite the bearish structure, sellers aren’t controlling a strong trend. I wouldn’t be surprised to see one more quick dip below $1.29 BEFORE buyers attempt a REVERSAL. 📈 ✅ Above $1.3267–$1.3321 — BULLISH, targeting $1.347 → $1.363 → $1.380 → $1.396. 🎯 My ambitious target is $1.44 by Monday, October 26 — roughly a 10% rally!
🚨MY BOLDEST $XRP PREDICTION YET: $4 BY NOVEMBER 30! 😳🚀🔥 In 2024, $XRP spent MONTHS building a base around $0.50, then EXPLODED above $3. Now we’re seeing a potentially similar setup around $1.28–$1.33, where the 100-day and 200-day moving averages are BOTH sitting near $1.28! 🤯 🔥 $1.60–$1.73 — break the major resistance and confirm bullish momentum 🚀 $2.19 → $2.56 → $2.93 — Fibonacci levels to clear 🎯 $3.46 → $3.66 ATH → $4.14! The $4.14 Fibonacci level lines up closely with my $4 target — NOVEMBER 30. ✅

🚨 NSAuditor AI EE 0.3.6 ships today — and if you're an AWS SOC 2 Type II auditor, this is the release that closes the silent false-clean class. Empty `findings: []` on a permission-denied API will never look like "no findings" again. Thread 👇 #SOC2 #IAM

🚨UPDATE: Senator Bernie Moreno Says CLARITY Act Markup Is Coming NEXT WEEK — CONFIRMS Trump Will SIGN It Before July 4 🤯🇺🇸🔥 Senator @berniemoreno says the Senate is preparing to mark up the CLARITY Act NEXT WEEK. ✅ 👉 PASS Senate markup in May 👉 MERGE it with other committees’ work 👉 PACKAGE everything together 👉 SEND it to President Trump’s desk BEFORE the end of JUNE Senator @berniemoreno says he expects President @POTUS to SIGN it into LAW BEFORE July 4. 🚨 America could have full crypto market structure rules in just WEEKS. 🇺🇸 CLARITY ACT CLOCK IS TICKING. 🚀
🚨UPDATE: Senator Tillis CONFIRMS Stablecoin Yield Compromise Is DONE DEAL Despite Banks' Concerns 😳🇺🇸 🔥 Senator @SenThomTillis and @Sen_Alsobrooks are now SIGNALING their stablecoin yield deal is DONE and moving forward — EVEN after major banking groups CRITICIZED it. 👀 Banks say the compromise is NOT strong enough to stop deposit flight… ❌ But Tillis says banks already had a seat at the table for MONTHS — and they are NOT letting banks BLOCK the CLARITY Act. 😳 The compromise does TWO huge things: 👉 BLOCKS stablecoin rewards from looking like bank-deposit interest 👉 still ALLOWS crypto companies to offer other customer rewards 👉 ADDRESSES banks’ core deposit-flight concern 👉 KEEPS the CLARITY Act on a bipartisan path So EVEN though banks are STILL pushing back… @SenThomTillis is basically saying the compromise is ALREADY COMPROMISED version in the middle ground. 🫣 Now lawmakers are trying to keep the bill moving toward a bipartisan path. 🚀 More to come.

For most people, money is the reason to take big risks. It’s the end goal. But after someone is already wealthy, money probably stops being the main point. It becomes more like a tool. Their goals are completely different to take risks. It's about control, more ability to build things or take bets other people can’t afford to take. Like Elon Musk doesn’t need another billion to improve his lifestyle. He probably can’t even “use” most of his money in a normal way. So at that level, risk becomes less about getting rich and more about what kind of future you want to be able to shape.

I get what you are saying. Wealth changes the consequences of being wrong, but it doesn’t always change the feeling of being wrong. But the practical advantage is still huge. Embarrassment usually doesn’t force you to sell at the bottom. Bills do. Do you think that’s the main difference between “risk capacity” and “risk tolerance”?

That's a really good insight. The more money you have, the less likely it is that bad circumstances will force you to sell at a bad time. Greater wealth also brings a greater time horizon.

You say they have more ability to tolerate deep drawdowns, but I bet you've never experienced the shame of being the only person in your yacht club who has to rent a superyacht.

That makes sense. The part people miss is that the same risk is not really the same risk for everyone. A 50% drawdown can be annoying for one person and life-changing for another. So wealthy people don’t just have more “risk tolerance,” they have more ability to survive being wrong long enough for the upside to maybe play out. Do you think the real advantage wealthy people have is not that they’re smarter at picking risks, but that they can survive the downside long enough for good risks to pay off?

Yeah, that's it. One of the key ways wealthy people get a higher return on investments than others is that they can justify taking more risk. I know rationally that I should be taking lots of risk, but that doesn't mean I have to be happy about it. It helps that most of the risks I've taken have worked out really well for me.

How do you personally decide when a risk bucket is already “full”? Because the hard part is that the same bucket can contain very different upside profiles. Ripple stock, XRP, AI, tech, they may all be correlated in a risk-off market, but they don’t all have the same payoff if the thesis works. So is it mostly about correlation, or about not letting one broad theme dominate your life financially?

Yes, that's exactly it. I've even reduced my exposure to things like AI and even tech generally (even though those things are doing amazingly well) because I think those are associated risk buckets.

Makes sense. When you say Ripple stock is “enough risk,” do you mean because it’s still basically exposure to the same overall crypto/Ripple adoption thesis, even if it’s not the same as holding XRP directly?

🚨VIDEO: RIPPLE CEO SAYS RIPPLE TREASURY DID $13 TRILLION — AND PREDICTS 30% COULD MOVE ON-CHAIN IN 5 YEARS 🤯🔥 @Ripple CEO @bgarlinghouse is LIVE at Consensus Miami 2026 (@consensus2026) by @CoinDesk, presented by @MoonPay — with @Bullish CEO interviewing Brad. 👀 WATCH LIVE 👇 1️⃣ BRAD SAYS CLARITY IS BETTER THAN CHAOS @Bullish CEO said the CLARITY Act compromise is important — and that while some “brothers and sisters” in crypto are fighting against the deal, it is time for the industry to “shut the hell up” and move forward. @bgarlinghouse's response was STRONG: “I violently agree.” 😳🔥 Brad said he does NOT think the CLARITY Act is perfect. “Hell no.” But according to him, clarity is still BETTER than chaos. ⚠️ 2️⃣ BRAD SAYS CRYPTO LIVED THROUGH CHAOS UNDER GARY GENSLER @bgarlinghouse said the industry already lived through chaos during Gary Gensler’s SEC. The @SECGov’s “strategically false” decision was to oppose @Ripple because Ripple was STRONG ENOUGH to DEFEAT them. 👀🔥 Brad is basically saying @Ripple became the battlefield because it had the strength, resources, and position to fight back. 3️⃣ RIPPLE ACQUISITIONS ARE ABOUT BRINGING MASSIVE TRADITIONAL FLOWS ON-CHAIN When asked how @Ripple’s acquisitions are doing, @bgarlinghouse said Ripple’s strategy is to go OUTSIDE crypto… Buy or bring those companies INSIDE Ripple… And then move real-world financial activity toward blockchain. 😳 This is NOT just about buying companies. It is about bringing huge traditional finance flows into Ripple’s ecosystem. 4️⃣ RIPPLE TREASURY DID $13 TRILLION — WITH 0% THROUGH CRYPTO @bgarlinghouse said Ripple Treasury did $13 TRILLION in volume. 🫣 0% of that went through crypto. 🤯 That means @Ripple is now sitting on massive traditional finance rails… And the goal is to BRING those flows on-chain over time. 5️⃣ BRAD SAYS BIG PLAYERS LIKE AMERICAN AIRLINES ARE PART OF THE OPPORTUNITY Brad mentioned major players like American Airlines as examples of the kind of real-world companies tied to these treasury flows. ✈️🔥 @Ripple is not just chasing crypto-native users. It is going after enterprise payments, treasury, and financial infrastructure at global scale. 6️⃣ “CRAWL, THEN WALK, THEN RUN” @bgarlinghouse said @Ripple’s approach is simple: “We will crawl, then walk, then run.” 👀 Ripple does not need everything to move on-chain OVERNIGHT. FIRST, it brings the companies in. THEN it integrates the flows. Then it SCALES. 7️⃣ BRAD PREDICTS 30% OF THOSE FLOWS COULD BE ON-CHAIN IN 5 YEARS Brad made one of the BIGGEST predictions of the interview: 30% of those treasury flows could be on-chain in 5 years. 😳🔥 That is the kind of institutional adoption the XRP community has been waiting for. 🚀 @Ripple is trying to bring TRILLIONS in real-world treasury flows onto blockchain. 🔥

🚨JUST IN: Senate Democrats Warren & Van Hollen FILE LETTER Urging SEC To BLOCK Broad Crypto Exemptions 😳🇺🇸🔥 Senators @SenWarren and @ChrisVanHollen have OFFICIALLY sent a letter to @SECGov Chairman @SECPaulSAtkins, WARNING that the SEC’s new CRYPTO guidance could WEAKEN investor protections. 👀 They argue the @SECGov may be moving TOO FAR by giving broad exemptions to parts of the crypto market. 😵 👉 if whole categories of crypto are treated as NOT securities 👉 companies may AVOID normal disclosure rules 👉 investors could LOSE protections that have existed for decades 👉 bad actors could USE loopholes to escape oversight They are especially worried that crypto firms could label assets as “digital commodities,” “collectibles,” or “tools” to AVOID securities laws. ❌ And they are asking the @SECGov to answer questions BY MAY 8 — INCLUDING whether the White House or President Trump had communications with the SEC about the guidance. 👀 More to come. I'll keep updating.

What I think David means is that nothing happens in a day by magic, Ripple is a real company behind $XRP, they have real agreements with big institutions, real progress is being made. But all that is happening with time and you won't just wake up to $1000 $XRP tomorrow by a single switch. I think @bgarlinghouse mentioned about thousand switches too.

🚨NEW: California Advances Bill Allowing Banks To CUSTODY Crypto — HUGE For Ripple Custody 🤯🇺🇸🔥 California Assembly Bill 2285 — the Digital Financial Asset Banking Act — has now officially MOVED FORWARD after PASSING unanimously out of the Assembly Committee on Banking and Finance. 👀 The bill would create a clear legal framework for California state-chartered BANKS and CREDIT UNIONS to offer CRYPTO services under state authorization. ✅ The bill would ALLOW qualifying banks to offer: 👉 digital asset CUSTODY 👉 STAKING services 👉 digital asset TRANSACTION services @Ripple has already been pushing into this exact space: 😳 👉 pursuing a U.S. national TRUST BANK charter (with conditional @USOCC progress) 👉 expanding institutional-grade crypto CUSTODY through its @Ripple Custody So if banks are now being ENABLED to custody crypto… who builds the infrastructure behind it? 👀 Ripple 🤫

🚨UPDATE: Banking Groups FIRE BACK At White House CLARITY ACT Report — Say Stablecoin Yield Threat Is About “OUTFLOWS”, NOT Lending 🤯🇺🇸🔥 Early reactions from BANKING CIRCLES suggest the White House report did NOT settle the stablecoin yield fight. 👀 The White House report found that BANNING stablecoin YIELD would do VERY LITTLE to STOP deposit flight and only marginally increase lending. 🤯 Banking groups are now pushing back — saying the ENTIRE argument is being MISUNDERSTOOD. ⚠️ “This has never been about simply needing more deposits to lend… It’s about OUTFLOWS.” 😳 👉 it’s NOT about total lending numbers 👉 it’s about WHERE deposits LEAVE from 👉 and WHICH banks lose funding FIRST The BIGGEST concern? Community and smaller banks. 🤯 @Coinbase also reacted to this news by saying: “Stablecoins aren’t a threat to community banks… Rewards are critical.” 👀 Info from @EleanorTerrett More to come.

🚨UPDATE: White House RELEASES Stablecoin Yield Study — BAN WOULD HAVE “MINIMAL IMPACT” ON BANK LENDING 🤯🇺🇸🔥 The White House Council of Economic Advisers has OFFICIALLY RELEASED its long-awaited report on STABLECOIN YIELD and its impact on the banking system. 👀 👉 BANNING stablecoin yield does almost NOTHING to help banks The report shows: 👉 Lending increases just 0.02% (~$2.1B) if yield is eliminated 👉 Still results in a net economic loss “In short, a yield prohibition would do very little to protect bank lending…” ⚠️ This directly challenges one of the MAIN arguments of @Coinbase. 👀🔥 More to come. I’ll update. 🚀
