Charge the carriers 20 cents a GB. Pay 18 cents to the deployer and 2 cents into token liquidity. Pay deployers in $HNT.
This will give an incentive to hold as money is always getting put in. Once deployers notice a reversal in price action, they will hold instead of dump.
