The muscle squad with sponsor banners

Full story and photos to come @BBCLookNorth @LeedsNews @YCCC_YCF @the_agenci but an admirable 2nd place (out of 10): 3 minutes quicker than the slowest but 20 seconds slower than the fastest (& new world record holders).

Pre-barge pulling breakfast (I don’t have 3 Weetabix in the cupboard)

We’re ready for my FINAL ever event @the_agenci @YCCC_YCF this Sunday.

Thanks for the RT @ShaunTymon 👍🏼

Thank you for re-tweeting my request @sheldon1creates @JoBoardman @EmmaLangman @gwdandp

And I still remember how thrilled I was when you turned up to support me at this North Pole photo shoot @VictoriaLeeds_ (think his name was John) Ok, I’ll shut up now 😆

Here’s a ‘farewell’ memory for you (@Ramsdens) Stay strong and stay fab Mrs T: the world needs people like you x

(1/5) So that’s it. After 10 years (& whilst there’s 3 mini-challenges left in 2019), I’m finally closing the chapter in my life called Involve Adventures. The final net total raised for charity will be over £125000. Follow me @GradusPrimus for my next exciting chapter in life

Date has changed but the challenge still has slots available - why not try this crazy challenge?!?! Note: wingwalkers MUST be 77kg or less
