The builder and their formed association has stopped essential services to our apt despite HC order and matter pending!
This is contempt of court.
WP 24646/2023 is subjudice in Kar HC. An order was passed in 2023 directing both parties not to precipitate matter. Furthur, we pay maintenance each month to hc as per order from Apr 2024. But still, we get regular threats and arm twistings. Plz intervene @CPBlr @CMofKarnataka
