“Financial Journalist of the Year - WHAT A GOD MOMENT! And thank you @CBZHoldings
I am deeply honoured to have been named *Financial Journalist of the Year”, and during the week Zimbabwe assumes COMESA Chairmanship feels special.
I believe financial journalism is not just about reporting numbers but also about reporting the human cost of those numbers.
Financial reporting is not about markets. It is about people.* Behind every RBZ statement, every COMESA trade protocol, every ZSE counter - there is a livelihood.
The work continues - One Market, One Future, One Story at a time. Africa must beneficiate its stories, not just its minerals. We cannot keep exporting raw data and importing analysis, we must tell our own financial story with nuance, with context, with courage.
Thank you @ZUJOfficial for the honor
