So @X has decided that we can't start on the FOLLOWING tab. We have to start on FOR YOU, thereby killing the only reason to have it: using the app as a "news wire service." I've been on Twitter since 2008. Thx to all 11k followers (old hacked acct + this one). I appreciate you.

I had a bit about Looney Tunes make the rounds a few months ago. Eric Bauza not only reached out to say he loved it(a very kind and thoughtful gesture) but he also left me this voice memo. I listen to it a lot. RIP. What a talent. What a loss.

The good: #Preds have 4 point-per-game players (Stamkos, O'Reilly, Josi and Forsberg). The bad: None of the four are under the age of 32 which means the youth they're counting on to step up are not. The ugly: Everyone else --> 😬

The #Preds are now 286-7-6-1 all time when scoring 5 goals in a game.
Jeremy K. Gover@ItsGovertimeOct 26
This is the 300th time in #Preds franchise history where they've scored five goals in a game. Their record in the 299 prior? 285-7-6-1.

When the trainer comes out and the first thing they do is throw a towel over your leg... it's not good. Prayers for Jalen Williams.

What a goal by Ryan O'Reilly. Holy smokes. That's not a goal a 35-year old non-goal scorer scores. Awesome awareness. #Preds

(4/5) #Titans QB Cam Ward in the 1st half (2025): WK16 v KC - 9/13, 106 yds, 1 TD WK17 v NO - 11/15, 146 yds, 2 TD WK18 @ JAX - 3/3, 52 yds* * got hurt on opening drive, did not return

(5/5) So, in his 24 game NFL career, #TitanUp QB Cam Ward's record is 4-20 but he's on a bad team so the record can be skewed. Far more telling are his first half stats (i.e. no garbage-time #s). In those 24 games, he's an underwhelming 189/327, 8 TD & 7 INT in the first half.

I really like Saleh and am rooting for him but holy God, man. I sank a no look, heavily contested sky hook prayer while falling out of bounds once. Does that non-typical and rare accomplishment make me a good basketball player? Hell no. I'm terrible.

Robert Saleh: It’s not a QB problem. He missed some throws but he made some great throws like the one to Elic on fourth down.

For the record, I'm not calling Cam Ward "terrible." I'm simply calling him "not ready right now to be an NFL starter."

The @NFL has posted the controversial play. You can clearly see the false start that went uncalled and set up the game winning field goal.
Austin Huff@AustinHuffOct 25
right tackle was in pass pro for 3 seconds before the ball was snapped, but nobody will talk about it

Officials in Nashville just missed a blatant false start by the Browns right tackle. Result was a big play by the Browns with 3 seconds left for a game-winning field goal opportunity.
