Guys, let’s give Lunin his flowers. He hasn’t played in a long time, yet he stepped up and delivered in one of the biggest games. That’s what you call a reliable goalkeeper. Respect, Lunin!

My sweet boyfriend started out as my first FWB. Back then, he was always so rough with me. Since we got together, though, things have been pretty basic and vanilla.
Last night, we were making out on his bed when he suddenly pulled me closer and led me toward the sink. Then he whispered in my ear, “You miss that side of me, baby?”
GIRL. I nearly lost my mind.
The way he said it, the confidence in his voice, and the look on his face brought back memories of how things used to be between us.

My wife asked me why I couldn't help with the laundry when I got home from work, and that question nearly started a fight we had both been avoiding.
My name is Ryan, and my wife, Emily, and I have a Ten-year-old daughter named Lily.
I leave home early every morning and return late in the evening. Emily works too, but she usually gets home before I do.
One evening, as I walked through the front door, Emily pointed toward the laundry basket.
Emily: "You could have washed these clothes before leaving this morning."
Me: "I was already running late."
Emily: "You're always running late. I'm tired of doing everything myself."
I stared at her, exhausted from a long day at work.
Me: "Everything? I pay the bills, take Lily to school when I can, and handle most of the weekend shopping."
Emily: "And I cook, clean, help Lily with everything, and still go to work every day."
I didn't have an answer.
The truth was that we were both tired, and neither of us felt appreciated.
The following afternoon, something happened that made everything worse.
Around 4 p.m., Lily's school called to say she had developed a high fever and needed to be picked up immediately.
I was at work, handling an important assignment that my manager needed before the end of the day.
I called Emily and explained what had happened.
Emily: "I'm in the middle of something important. Can't you leave and get her?"
Me: "I'm trying to finish this assignment. If I leave now, I might get into trouble."
Emily: "And what am I supposed to do? Leave my work unfinished?"
She ended the call.
Twenty minutes later, she called again to tell me she had collected Lily herself.
When I arrived home that evening, she was still upset.
Emily: "I had to abandon my work because you couldn't leave yours."
Me: "I understand, but I have responsibilities too."
Emily: "So do I!"
Before I could respond, Lily, who was lying on the couch, suddenly spoke.
"Daddy was working late last night too, Mommy. He didn't come to bed until I woke up this morning."
Emily slowly turned toward me.
Emily: "What time did you get home last night?"

if people are ganging up against one person, believe the one person. That one person is probably a huge threat and carries a spirit of truth.

The Night the Golden Ball Chose
The lights of the Théâtre du Châtelet glow against the Paris night. Inside, the air is thick with perfume, camera flashes, and quiet nerves.
Harry Kane sits in the front row in a sharp black suit, hands clasped, eyes fixed on the stage. After a season of 73 goals and silverware with Bayern, the weight of expectation sits on his shoulders. He doesn’t smile much. He never does when the stakes are this high.
A few seats away, Kylian Mbappé leans forward, one leg bouncing. He has the numbers 58 goals, a World Cup Golden Boot, and that familiar electric presence. People keep glancing at him. He knows it. He offers a small nod when Kane’s name is mentioned in the room.
Lamine Yamal, still only 19, sits with his family. He looks smaller in the oversized suit, but his eyes are sharp. Barcelona’s title, Spain’s World Cup, and a season of magic on the wing have brought him here. Every time the cameras find him, he offers a shy half-smile and looks down.
The room falls silent as the host steps forward.
The Ballon d’Or 2026 goes to..
Kane’s jaw tightens. Mbappé stops bouncing his leg. Yamal’s fingers curl around the armrest.
The envelope opens. The name is called.
For a second, no one moves. Then the applause rises loud, long, and complicated. The winner stands, walks the short distance to the stage, and lifts the golden ball with both hands. The other two remain seated, clapping, their faces unreadable under the lights.
Outside, Paris keeps moving. Inside, three seasons of football have just been reduced to one name. The rest of the night belongs to the winner. The other two will spend it answering the same question from every microphone.

🚨 Liverpool are starting to look "SCARY" under Andoni Iraola, according to Ashley Williams.
4 straight wins, 8 wins in the last 10, and moving smoothly into the Top 4.
Williams on MOTD: "Iraola doesn't waste time... With Barcola, Gakpo, Wirtz, and Isak, if they are fit, he goes fast. It’s difficult to defend against."
No slow build up. Just pure, dynamic, front footed chaos.
Arsenal at Anfield next weekend is going to be an absolute blockbuster.
Are Liverpool genuine title contenders under Iraola?
