The Pokémon scalper war in Japan has reached a breaking point. Stores are now literally cutting the corners of booster packs at checkout to kill the resale value. If we’ve reached the point where we have to mutilate the product just to keep it in the hands of fans, the hobby is in serious trouble. This isn't a solution; it’s a symptom. And it’s only going to get uglier. Valid move or total desperation?

Are we still interested in Pokémon and Japanese promos, chat? 🙂‍↔️

GM GM Pokéfrens!!!! Thrilled to announce we’ll be vending at the London Card Show (LCS) this upcoming weekend, all 3 days - Friday to Sunday! Come see us at tables 84-86, in front of the eBay booth. We’ve got loads of surprises!!! 👀

GM GM Pokéfrens! It’s never too late to start collecting exclusive Japanese Pokémon editions 🎴 Which side are you on? Umbreon for the night or Espeon for the day?

These are the kinds of listings that should be banned from online marketplaces. We barely had the pre-release event, and Pokémon Delta Reign Build & Battle displays are being sold for more than double the price. And no, they have not accidentally fallen out of a truck. They have been backdoored and taken from players, and it’s also our fault if we decide to purchase early at this price - that’s why we are where we are today with the hobby.

OMG!! WILD MEW APPEARED!!! It’s such a beauty. For real ✨✨

GM GM Pokéfrens! Happy Saturday ☕️ The Argos booster bundle was finally picked up and now ITS TIME TO RIP!!!

Do you guys hear the jingle already? 🎶🎵

Pokémon Japanese Promos are something else. No matter the grading company, they look as beautiful as they appear. Which one is your favorite though?

POKEMON RETAIL STORE COMING TO LONDON 🇬🇧 First outside Asia! Exciting times are coming

Have we already forgotten about Glory of Team Rocket, aka Destined Rivals? Is the 30th Celebration shadowing other good sets? Many others like this. Booster boxes go for the same money today, but which has the best potential? Team Rocket chases have historically been a great bet, but in this case?

Disney Lorcana Hyperia City in Japanese can still be found on SNKRDUNK at retail price, and the price has even been dropping. You can get 6 booster boxes for the price of 1 English one (RRP £119) No-brainer.

Relocation completed ✅ Safe and sound to a new home 🫶🏼

Good Mondays start with a booster bundle collection 🙌🏼 GM pokéfriends!

Japanese slabs. That’s the tweet.

They said they are not scalpers, but genuine collectors.

What does your Sunday look like? Ours look like this 😆 GM Pokéfrens, happy Sunday 🎴

Big sales today via Pokistock app! An UK based marketplace for TCG collectors 🎴 Eevee and Mario are off to a new home 🌍 Cooper’s stickers included 🙂‍↔️

Not sure exactly how I managed to get this, to be honest. Apple Pay on the main page won’t work. Checkout kept giving technical errors. Marked as stock coming soon, but after a quarter of a million tries checkout worked and I paid with Apple Pay. Might still get canceled?
