Telling someone to read the signs at the resturaunt when they’re ordering from their home is mind games.
The sign at the restaraunts clearly say they may be out of pieces on multiple products. That game ends in a few days and they aren’t sending out any more pieces. You have to order through the app to get your bonus chances only now.
Side note you can’t win any of the big prizes and monopoly is a scam.
