Employee Spotlight ✨ James Baity has gone to great heights to keep JAXPORT’s headquarters running smoothly—sometimes literally. We’re proud to recognize him for 30 years of service. As Building Foreman, James cares for the headquarters where most of our administrative staff work. He handles everything from HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to structural repairs and facility improvements. With three decades of hands-on experience, James often spots and solves problems before they grow. His remarkable attention to detail is also on display in the custom furniture he has built for our lobby and boardroom. James, thank you for the pride you take in your work and for all you’ve done for JAXPORT.
