Dear Football,
I dont even know where to start… Thank you for giving me everything I could ever imagine and more.
Started playing when I was 6 years old… never imagined that I would make it as far as I did. Made it out the mudd… 1 year of highschool football, 1 college offer… To a 3 year starter in college… to a 6th round draft pick… To playing 6 years in the NFL… No one gave me anything…I earned an took EVERYTHING…and you changed my life, and my family’s life forever…
I had a neck surgery in 2022, achillies surgery in 2023… through all of that, I Still Loved You… Unfortunately in September 2025 I was told my neck injury was getting worse and I was playin with borrowed time so I decided to shut it down… the toughest and most emtional time of my life… feeling like I still had so much more to give but understanding how any more damage could impact my body.. went thru all types of feelings of depression not knowing who I would be without you… it wasnt until recently I finally found some peace and closure.
Understanding you’ve allowed me to build friendships that would last forever, and memories that would Last a Life Time.
Thank you to the Philadelphia Eagles for taking a chance on me, Howie and Mr Lurie. I am Forever grateful to you two, you gave me the dream of a lifetime
To all my Teammates, My coaches, My family, my Fans, and my friends Thank you… thank you for pushin me, thank you for believing in me when I wanted to quit… You all made it worth it.
Most importantly, THANK YOU GOD, without you none of this is possible. “Minute by minute, Hour by hour, you lose your faith, you lose your power. If its meant to be, its up to me, never let it rest, until your good is your better an your better is your best… if god is with me then who shall i fear?
They say, when one chapter closes… Another opens… and man I’m so excited to see Whats Next. I love You all who have been there! I Got your back forever! And it’s Always GO BIRDS
SDOT OUT✌🏾❤️

Your arms don’t stay locked at 90° while you sprint.
That cue has survived for years because it’s simple and easy to say, not because it reflects how sprinting actually works.
If you watch elite sprinters in real time or slow motion, you’ll see the same thing over and over…

Kinda feels like Cuse Football got slept on a little in the NFL draft:
McCord-Looking like he will make the 53.
Orande-Receiving high praise all camp. Nice TD tonight.
Lequint-looking as if he will open the season on special teams and potentially the true 3rd down back
Meeks-Undrafted, but has potentially been the best pre-season WR. Made a case to stick on the 53.
Wax-Undrafted but probably had the best linebacker pre-season. Will be tough to keep him off the 53.
Barron and Clarke- Both undrafted and have made nice plays in the preseason. Both signing have enough guaranteed that you would guess practice squad in Dallas at worst.
Good preseason for last years Orange.

He says that Cook and Rickie Collins have been taking his son to run routes after practice. Says he has become a leader in the WR room already:
