BREAKING: BRILLIANT! Abdul El-Sayed DESTROYS the Republican lie that they're "pro-family" by explaining exactly how impossible they've made it for Americans to have kids.
We've been waiting for someone to break it down this well...
"How expensive is having kids? You have five of them. How expensive is it?" El-Sayed asked conservative correspondent Ross Douthat during an interview with 60 Minutes.
"I don't know if my employers are watching this show. It's considerably expensive," said Douthat.
"It's very expensive, right? Does your partner work?" asked El-Sayed.
"She does, yes," said Douthat.
"And so that means that you probably had to pay $2,000 per kid for childcare," said El-Sayed. "Think about the albatross that that sits on our economy. Think about the premium that you have to pay for healthcare for all of your kids."
"And I'm just gonna say, I'm about to walk in to a room full of very young people who are looking at the future and saying, there is no possible way I could possibly have a kid," he continued. "So if the issue in our country is stagnation when it comes to the capacity to have children, the question we really ought to ask ourselves is, how do you make it easier to have kids? So Ross, how do you make it easier to have kids?"
"Maybe we should stop making it so expensive to have kids," suggested El-Sayed. "Which means that if the only argument that we have about America is we can't possibly do anything to make it easier to have kids, we are going to have a race to the bottom."
"And I get it, a lot of people are gonna say, 'well, we're gonna ban abortion and we're gonna tell people it's a good thing to have kids.' Yeah, that doesn't really quite work," he went on. "What tends to happen is we ban abortions, people just get abortions, they're just less safe."
"But the whole— The whole—" began Douthat.
"My point is this. Hear me out. You need to be invested in the means of making it easier to have children," said El-Sayed. "That means you have to address the rising costs of having kids."
While this point should be self-evident, Republicans regularly ignore it and El-Sayed should be commended for laying it out so simply. MAGA hacks like Elon Musk are constantly screeching about declining birth rates, but then they turn around and push for the very same plutocratic policies that make it impossible for Americans to start families.
The truth, of course, is that right-wingers don't actually care about supporting the American nuclear family as an institution. But they know that running on their real policy objectives of shoveling tax cuts to themselves and propping up the military-industrial complex is a sure path to electoral defeat. So they give lip service to caring about families.
"So if your argument is that we can't have childcare, we can't have healthcare, we can't subsidize housing, we can't do these things, do not be surprised when all of a sudden we age past the point at which we are viable," El-Sayed said. "I'm trying to address that problem and I've got my solutions for it."
"The party that wants to tell me that they're pro-natalist, their solution is let's cut taxes for the billionaires and let's go to war as we have no business fighting and somehow if we rub two sticks together, we're gonna get people to wanna have kids," he went on. "It's not serious. So I'm just trying to be serious about what the problem is."
"And I think the problem is we have made it too expensive. And if we cannot make it cheaper, do not be surprised when people don't have kids," he concluded.
Amen!

BREAKING: LOL! Abdul El-Sayed COINS the perfect nickname for JD Vance and now MAGA supporters are screeching that it's "disrespectful."
They can dish it out, but they sure can't take it...
"But, you know there's always someone in that group that's thirsty for attention. They keep sending that Ohio State Buckeye here," El-Sayed said at a rally. "What's his name? JV Dance?"
Referring to the vice president as JV Dance, as in Junior Varsity Dance, is such a pitch-perfect jab. It goes right for the man's ego and underlines the fact that he really is just a watered-down, weaker, less formidable version of Donald Trump.
At the same time, it's perfect payback for the constant Islamophobic fearmongering about El-Sayed's Arabic name. Republicans on social media are incensed about the new nickname because it strikes a nerve. They know that Vance simply doesn't have the juice to carry the torch after Trump is gone.
Vance, or Dance if you like, has increasingly tried to mimic his boss's cruelty, racism, and unapologetic demeanor but it just comes across as him trying too hard. Trump's evil flows organically from who he is. Vance is trying to play-act at it and the result is a deeply disingenuous, alienating persona. He wants to be the heir apparent to the MAGA movement but he'll never be ready for primetime. He's an awful retail politician.
"They keep sending JV here and asking JV to do the dirty work, but that's the thing about it," added El-Sayed. "JV's got zero charisma. They taught him that at Ohio State. When your school mascot's like a nut, what do you expect? JV Dance!"
We hope that Vance continues this feud, because every time he goes after El-Sayed, he ends up worse for wear. El-Sayed is charming, laser-focused on issues that matter, masculine, and traditionally handsome. Vance is a liar, a coward, a pedophile protector, and on top of that, he's aesthetically repulsive.
JV Dance indeed.
Please ❤️ and share if you hope that El-Sayed runs for even higher office one day!

The State Board of Elections’ last-minute changes to voting by mail are leading to thousands more absentee ballots being rejected this election - at a rejection rate twice as high as in 2022. It’s infuriating. North Carolinians, please make a plan to vote this year, in person if possible. And if you’re voting by mail, make sure you seal both envelopes on your ballot. Don’t let them take away your vote.

BREAKING: HELL YES! Rep. Robert Garcia unveils his plans for the Oversight Commitee gavel after the midterms — and it’s a NIGHTMARE for Trump, Kushner, and RFK Jr.
Justice is coming for these monsters…
“No. 1 is going to be Trump family corruption, and I think just going after the amount of grift that’s happening in the government is going to be at the top of the list,” the congressman told NBC News.
He explained that “a lot” of that probe will focus on the specifics of how Trump managed to balloon his net worth by a jaw-dropping $4 billion since 2024. Hint: it wasn’t by being a savvy legitimate businessman. Garcia said that Democrats intend on looking into “the President himself” as well as his crooked children and his corrupt son-in-law Jared Kushner.
“There’s so much to look at,” said Garcia.
Not content to leave it at that, if Democrats take over the House, Garcia plans on investigating the Epstein files and attendant coverup, Trump’s brutal and likely illegal anti-immigrant policies, and the healthcare industry.
“We’ll also do corporate corruption, and so anyone that’s ripping off the American taxpayer, and likely a bunch on RFK Jr. and HHS,” said Garcia.
And the administration’s woes don’t end there. Staunch MAGA enemy Rep. Jamie Raskin is poised to take control of the Judiciary Committee after November. A spokesperson for Judiciary Committee Democrats stated that they intend on going after the “wealthy criminals and MAGA loyalists” who have been blatantly lining Trump’s pockets.
They’ll also probe the foreign governments who have been bribing the White House and “buying influence” with luxury gifts and complex, opaque cryptocurrency schemes.
Other investigatory priorities include: Trump’s insider trading efforts to sell investors early access to “market-moving” Truth Social posts, the administration’s relentless attacks on the First Amendment, and “corrupt” mergers like the Ellisons combining Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery.
“There’s enough Trump family corruption to go around,” said Raskin.
If you needed yet another reason to vote blue this election cycle, now you have it! Accountability is coming for every single one of these MAGA crooks and once we have subpoena power there won’t be a rock in existence that they can hide under.
What would you investigate first?
Please ❤️ and share if you support prosecuting this White House!

BREAKING: VOTER SUPPRESSION — Trump’s mail-ballot scheme just got a GREEN LIGHT from a federal appeals court.
A federal appeals court just handed Donald Trump a dangerous win in his campaign to gut mail-in voting, right as the clock runs out before the midterms.
The D.C. Circuit ruled Tuesday that a legal challenge to Trump's March 2026 executive order is "premature," clearing the way for the administration to keep pushing forward with implementation.
The order directs USPS to send mail ballots — in new barcoded envelopes — ONLY to voters appearing on citizenship lists compiled by DHS and the Social Security Administration. Anyone not on those lists, including eligible voters caught up in database errors, risks having their ballot withheld or never counted at all.
The court's logic should alarm anyone who cares about voting rights: it said voters have to wait until the harm is already happening before they're allowed to challenge it in court. By the time that "ripeness" standard is satisfied, ballots could already be uncounted, and elections could already be decided.
Even more troubling, the D.C. panel treated Trump's own legalistic hedging in the executive order — language claiming agencies will only act "to the extent feasible and consistent with applicable law" — as a real safeguard, rather than the kind of vague, easily-ignored boilerplate presidents insert precisely to dodge judicial scrutiny.
Other courts have flatly rejected that reasoning. Just days earlier, the First Circuit ruled 2-1 against Trump, affirming an injunction blocking the order in 23 states and D.C., explicitly rejecting the same "wait and see" logic the D.C. Circuit just embraced.
Here's the truly ominous part buried in the D.C. Circuit's own opinion: the judges acknowledged that Trump's order would require the President — who the Constitution grants "no express authority over the conduct of elections" — to unilaterally overhaul how ballots are handled nationwide, without funding, without congressional authorization, mere weeks before a federal election. They even suggested it "may not prove feasible to implement in any manner whatsoever." And yet, they still let it proceed for now.
With Trump's DOJ now asking the Supreme Court to fast-track approval of this order before midterm voting begins, the country is barreling toward a decision that could determine whether millions of legitimate mail ballots get counted at all.
This is what election sabotage looks like when it hides behind procedural technicalities. This is what happens when a panicked president realizes that his party’s chances in the midterm elections are exceedingly slim, and that a Democratic majority in Congress means the total derailment of his agenda and the beginning of a slew of investigations into his likely criminal actions in office so far.

If you are the DOJ, it is unprecedented to lose 17 straight voting cases in 17 different courts without winning a single one. It's even more remarkable when 8 of them were decided by judges appointed by Trump.
How long will the networks ignore this?
How long will Trump?

BREAKING: Trump's $10 billion BBC lawsuit is BACKFIRING BIGLY and may force Special Prosecutor Jack Smith's January 6 evidence back into the courtroom
After making $16 million from Paramount/CBS to settle one of his frivolous lawsuits, Donald Trump figured he could keep suing media companies and rake in the dough from corporate CEOs who would rather give in than face a protracted and expensive legal fight.
But Trump got greedy and wanted a $10 billion payday from his next target, Britain’s venerable public broadcaster, the BBC.
What he's getting instead is a legal nightmare of his own making.
Trump sued the BBC last December, claiming a documentary on their news program Panorama, "put words in his mouth" by editing together portions of his January 6th speech delivered nearly 50 minutes apart.
He even bizarrely claimed the network used AI to fabricate his words — it didn't. The BBC did splice the footage, which sparked an internal investigation, the firing of some senior officials at the broadcaster, and the issuing of a written apology.
An apology simply wasn't enough for Trump, however. He still wanted that $10 billion.
Now his lawsuit against the British broadcaster is unraveling spectacularly.
A federal judge ruled this week that Trump must hand over detailed financial records from more than 400 companies tied to his family trust — because HIS OWN lawsuit claims the BBC's editing damaged his businesses.
You can't claim massive financial injury and then refuse to show your books. Judge Enjoliqué Lett wasn't buying the attempted dodge: "All of President Trump's brand, properties and businesses are impugned... Reputational, economic damages, all of that is now at issue in this case."
It gets worse. The same judge greenlit subpoenas targeting Trump's inner circle — Donald Trump Jr., Steve Bannon, and Stephen Miller — to determine what Trump actually intended on January 6th.
And now, in a third gut-punch within 24 hours, the BBC is demanding records showing exactly how Trump LOST his executive privilege claims during Special Prosecutor Jack Smith's January 6th investigation.
Smith's team had already gathered evidence establishing that the Capitol violence was "foreseeable" to Trump, that he "caused it," and that he made "a conscious choice not to stop it" once it began. If the BBC gets that evidence, Trump's entire defamation case collapses.
Trump built a career suing media outlets into silence. This time, he sued an organization willing to actually fight — and in doing so, handed prosecutors a roadmap straight into his finances, his inner circle, and his own conduct on January 6th.
Plus, the public may get another chance to review the evidence that Jack Smith amassed against Trump, evidence that judges appointed by the litigious president have made sure that he’ll never be held accountable for.
Sometimes a lawsuit is simply a trap you built for yourself.

BREAKING: OMG LOL! IT WAS TRUMP WHO RUINED THE POOL ALL ALONG! New photographs from the drained Reflection Pool show no gashes but instead show TIRE TRACKS from when Trump took a vanity drive in 10-ton vehicles across it!
No wonder he’s so defensive about it…
For over a month, Trump and his minions have been pushing outrageous conspiracy theories about imaginary antifa vandals who have been cutting “350-foot gashes” in the Reflecting Pool, ruining the $14 million paint job that was rushed and done poorly.
Now that the pool has been drained once again, we can see that the only damage to the bottom of the pool is from when Trump had his motorcade drive over it, for some inexplicable reason.
It turns out there is a reason we use asphalt on roads and don’t just paint the ground blue.
“As a retired tile installer of 44 years, I was mortified to see President Donald Trump in his 15,000- to 20,000-pound armored SUV, along with a dozen other security vehicles, being driven across the just-resurfaced Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool to ‘inspect it.’”
“It is never okay to drive a motor vehicle over a hydrostatic coating designed to hold water. The weight and pressure on the armored vehicles’ tires will absolutely shear and delaminate the newly recoated surface!” writes Brian Walkowiak in a letter to the Tampa Bay Times.
Literally anybody with half a brain could have figured that out…but it appears the President lacks even that, and all of his sycophantic yes-men are too terrified to tell him no.
He should be forced to pay back every cent of the cost to fix this pool from his own personal account…and then have the rest of it seized for being the proceeds of a criminal enterprise.
What a disgrace!

"THE DOGE DATA BREACH IS A NATIONAL EMERGENCY": Elon Musk’s "DOGE" reportedly leaked the personal data of 300M+ Americans—SSNs, bank info, and medical records—onto a vulnerable cloud.
Federal judges ordered it deleted, but they ignored the order. The DOJ allegedly handed the data directly to Musk's team. A whistleblower warned we might have to reissue every Social Security number in America.
