Working on a story about AI in Retail and looking to chat with independent retailers about any successes/obstacles/concerns you have about integrating AI into your business.
Reply in the thread below and I'll get in touch.

As an ADHDer, sensory-friendly tech is a huge part of my life, so I was thrilled to share many of my favorite strategies in my latest article for CNET.

I realize it's been a few days since this went live, but I'm so excited to share my first freelance article for CNET. I've been obsessed with smart lighting since 2016, so it was great to share some of my favorite hacks and DIY lighting projects.

I'm excited to share my first freelance review for Android Police.
Testing the Amazon Echo Show (3rd Gen) proved to be a big disappointment, almost like Amazon's not even trying with this one. Still, there's plenty to like for existing Alexa users.

Here's my latest contribution to @TWICEonline. There's a lot to love about the latest generation of #smarthome appliances.

Florosense uses houseplants as switches to control your smart home. It's certainly an intriguing idea.

It was a pleasure working with @GrantMorgan77 again on this article for @TWICEonline.
I explore three new and ongoing trends in the #smarthome that retailers should look out for in the next year.

Guess what happens when you use two-factor authentication and a company doesn't offer the best tech support?
Yep, locked out.

This was a nice read last night. It’s one of the most comprehensive, engaging explorations of the new Matter smart home standard that I’ve seen thus far. 2022 will be a big year for this—unless they delay the launch again.

Replying to @SamsungTV
@SamsungTV is the pinnacle of poor software design. There's so little memory for apps and once it's gone you won't get it back. On top of that, there's so much bloatware that's automatically downloaded whether you want it or not.
The worst part is that even when you stop receiving firmware updates you never stop having bloatware shoved onto your TV.
Phenomenal reporting. I've written my share of favorable Ring reviews, but this is a question worth asking:
"companies and writers can’t continue to review products based solely on their benefit to the owner—they must consider the broader societal effects"
Many publications that deliver deeply reported news stories that are often critical of products and companies also publish favorable reviews for those same companies and link directly to websites where readers can buy them. bit.ly/3tQxPpI
The Arlo Pro 4 Review is my latest from @SafeWise
"It's not a cheap or perfect camera, but we think it strikes the best balance of advanced features and price compared to other high-end cameras . . ."
Plus it's got a bonus pic of my cat—he helped test.

For Algebra Pizza Geeks on #PiDay...
The volume of a cylinder is
V = pi r^2 h
Think of a Pizza as a very short, wide cylinder, and replace some letters — If pi is just PI, and the Pizza has a radius of Z and thickness of A, then the volume is:
V = PIZZA
If this means more people will play @PreyGame that would be amazing. So underrated and one of my faves.
