π¨LAWSUIT CLAIMS PUMPFUN INTERNAL CHATS SHOW IT WAS BUILT TO MAXIMIZE ADDICTIVE TRADING!
In an ongoing class-action lawsuit against Pump.fun and related parties, plaintiffs allege that roughly 5,000 internal team messages reveal the platform was deliberately designed to maximize addictive engagement and fee revenue.
According to the complaint, leadership discussed slot-machine style mechanics and acknowledged the product was built around users continuing to trade even when most lose money.
The claims come from whistleblower materials cited in the amended complaint.

Everyone was asking where altcoins would go if $BTC dropped below $80K and $ETH hit $2,250.
Well, BTC broke below $80K, but most altcoins didnβt dump that hard.
Altcoins may have already taken a big hit before BTC broke down, but if $BTC falls toward $75K and $ETH breaks $2,250, things could get ugly for altcoins.
Donβt mistake a small bounce for a recovery. The market can look strong right before another brutal dump.

KEVIN WARSH IS HEADING INTO FOMC AT THE WORST POSSIBLE TIME.
The FOMC meeting is happening on Wednesday, and the Fed could trigger a massive market selloff regardless of what it says.
Both CPI and PPI have come in hotter than expected, while core inflation is also rising.
The U.S.-Iran war is pushing energy prices higher, adding even more pressure to inflation.
Meanwhile, the U.S. economy is showing signs of weakness.
The housing market is struggling, borrowing costs remain painfully high, and companies are cutting jobs.
The Fed now faces two major problems: rising inflation and a weakening economy.
And neither option looks good.
If the Fed stays too relaxed about inflation, bond yields could rise as investors worry that inflation is getting out of control.
If the Fed turns hawkish, stocks and crypto could sell off as markets price in higher interest rates and tighter financial conditions.
If the Fed signals rate cuts, investors could question why it's easing policy when inflation is still rising.
The Fed needs inflation to cool without causing more damage to the economy.
But right now, inflation is moving higher while economic conditions are getting weaker.
That's what stagflation is, and it's the worst possible outcome for an economy.
A single hawkish comment could send stocks lower, while a dovish surprise could create fresh concerns about inflation and send bond yields soaring.
So if the Fed fails to restore confidence, this meeting could become one of the most volatile and disastrous for the global markets.

β οΈDATA: Shipping addresses of nearly 120,000 crypto hardware wallet buyers have been exposed in 2026.
Keystone just became the FOURTH wallet maker hit by a customer data breach this year.
Your keys stay offline with a hardware wallet. Your name and address are held by whoever sold and shipped it.
Ledger in January, with names, addresses and orders exposed through its e-commerce partner Global-e
Trezor in August, with nearly 80,000 customers' addresses exposed through its shipping partner
SafePal in August, with 39,798 customers' addresses exposed through an order-tracking plug-in
Trezor again in September, when fake security alerts went to about 347,000 newsletter subscribers
Keystone this week, with names, addresses and orders exposed
Ledger and Keystone haven't said how many customers were affected.
Back in 2020, Ledger's leak put about 1 MILLION emails and 272,000 home addresses online.
None of the breaches exposed recovery phrases or private keys.
Did you use your real home address when you ordered yours?

π¨WARNING: FED MIGHT PLANNING 2 MORE RATE HIKEs THIS YEAR!
Same happened 3 years ago and resulted in ~40% $BTC dump
And I don't think this time will be different
Even that bottom is in, hiking rates is super bearish for crypto, especially with all the bearish macro happening right now
So two hikes in a row might result in huge dump
It won't bring us to new lows but we definitely will revisit 60K-80K range lows and that also looks logical cause we accepted back in the range on weekly
And the biggest problem is that inflation remains elevated while the FED is still considering further tightening
Higher rates put more pressure on liquidity and make it harder for risk assets to sustain aggressive rallies
Technically, the weekly structure is also starting to look weak again
The move above $80K now looks like a deviation rather than the beginning of another major expansion
My next target is $70K, where I expect the first major reaction
If that support fails, I expect BTC to revisit $60K-$62.5K and test the lower boundary of the macro range
I still believe the cycle bottom is in, but that doesn't mean we can't have another brutal correction before the real bull run begins
Remember that I am posting news daily and monitoring each major macro event to post and warn you
