How to include your tech stack in a developer job description (for *why*, see teapawt.net/i/status/1176184549740…):
3. In terms of format, a simple bulleted list is fine, with or without explanatory prose. But a couple of sentences outlining the stack can work really well, and tell a story. "We use X to produce this value for customers, and Y helps support that in such-and-such a way."
4. It's not enough to implicitly include your tech stack in either "requirements" or "nice-to-haves". That doesn't clearly state "This is our tech stack". Instead, that says: "This may or may not be our stack." Be explicit!

If you write a developer job description and you don't mention your company's tech stack, that does two things:
2a. If you omit the tech stack from your JD, that sends a message. It implicitly telegraphs to candidates: "We don't value tech/productivity here. Or we're not proud of our tech here. Or we think developers are interchangeable cogs. Or some combination. Use your imagination!"

2. Show, don't tell. Don't say "world-class code". Show us what that means to your organization. Is it your high test coverage? CI with extensive code reviews? Be specific. Take an axe to phrases like "compelling", "cutting-edge", "highly collaborative", etc.
3. Make your tech make sense. If the tech stack detailed in your JD is not 100% on point, it'll make you sound like you don't know what you're doing. Get your JD reviewed by someone who can vet the tech.
