$RAPP
Insider buying for Rapport Therapeutics, Inc. has surged significantly, highlighted by a massive $20.36 million investment by Director James Healy on October 28, 2026. He purchased 969,480 shares at an average price of $21.00 per share through associated investment entities, increasing his direct position by 52.51%.
Wall Street analysts remain highly bullish. The broader consensus among equity researchers leans heavily toward a "Strong Buy" rating, with individual price targets scaling from $50 up to $86. Insiders stepping in to buy millions of dollars in stock at the $21–$27 level highlights a conviction that the market may be undervaluing RAPP's long-term cash runway and asset portfolio.
The market wants change and is making sure everyone is miserable with this administration as they walk into the booth.
I thought it would be the opposite. Some last minute great changes would occur.
The timing of today's market crash is noteworthy.
As selling pressure spreads, the Nasdaq 100 is now down nearly -5% on the day.
Meanwhile, the market-implied odds of a Democrat "sweep" in the Midterms next week has surged from 65% to 72% today, a record high.
That's +7 percentage points in 2 days amid this market downturn.
We have yet to receive a comment from the Trump Administration regarding the current situation in the market.
However, what is clear is that the timing of today's market crash will be consequential.
And, even as technology stocks drop sharply, US Treasury Yields are barely seeing any relief.
This leaves us with high rates, a falling stock market, $100+ oil prices, and rising CPI, PPI, and PCE inflation.
Next week is going to be interesting, to say the least.
If you're not in $AMZN ,this whole long term investing thing probably isn't for you.
You should go learn pickle ball or crochet.
THE MARKET IS WRONG ABOUT AI CAPEX!
$AMZN AWS is projected to grow 40%+ per year through 2028, which puts it at a $360B revenue segment by ARR by Q3 2028, with 38.7% margins.
Free cash flow was negative $42 billion TTM as Jassy spends $220 billion on capex.
The market is panicking because of the FCF number, while ignoring what it actually means. The fear is that if $AMZN wants to maintain this growth, they have to continue spending perpetually.
However, they aren't looking at the backlog. AWS capacity is already largely sold out through 2027. That 40%+ growth isn't a guess; customers are lined up at the door.
Jassy noted a $578 billion AWS backlog. They will continue spending so long as backlog far outweighs what they can deliver.
Some people are at their wits end. It only took a nudge.
That's what's relatable to the public.
Am I alone in thinking it’s obscene this guy is getting worldwide acclaim & has had life-changing $ raised for this reaction? The prank is annoying. The frustration is fair. The reaction is totally disproportionate nearly having a mental breakdown over a kid trying a dumb prank. Neither party looks good in this. Am I wrong?
I've always said this.
If it was easy, nobody would have to go to the 9-5
Danie is right .
The market can take you from :
Follow my journey as I double my money in a year because I'm so smart.
To utter dispare and hopelessness.
I've lost track of how many times I've seen this play out in the last decade
