I think there is some danger that unthinking application of excessively stringent lockdown rules undermines public support for what is necessary. Authorities need to consider mechanisms of transmission: contact, droplets, aerosols & design rules to fit. Sunbathing is low risk!
In my ward in Blackbird Leys there are many families living in small flats with no outside space. To label these individuals as “spoiling it for everyone else” on #marr reveals an utter lack of understanding of how a huge number of our citizens live @MattHancock.
