I feel like Johnny's design in the anime is probably the weakest. It just feels like they can't shake that wide-set eyed polygonal look of his face lol

stone ocean remains my favorite in terms of the animes character design
the ways they captured the expressions, manga line detailing, hatching, shading, lips, eyes/lashes, noses, hands, hair, side profiles, etc. is just the best
I do really like how there are things that are just unexplained, vague, or just straight up bizarre
- Is Mikitaka actually an alien or just silly?
- Requiem stands and various aspects of the stand arrows
- DIO's entire heaven plan and how he even discovered it
- Zombie Horse
this is definitely body horror but I guess I was thinking more about the implications of these things even existing and what it would do to someone mentally lol
jojo fridays have been invaluable to me with all that's happened this year and the health issues and depression/anxiety i'm dealing with. i can't say it enough
sometimes it feels like it's all i got but it's something to hold on to
Man sometimes I think people have gotten so into the weeds of the production/behind the scenes side of entertainment that they kinda loose the 'magic' of watching and have their judgment clouded of things a whole
