We appreciate the Hon’ble Forest Minister’s @JavedRanaa stand on upholding the dignity of officers, as every individual deserves respect. However, it is disappointing that 26 days of Forestry students’ peaceful protest remain unacknowledged. We hope our concerns will also receive the attention and consideration they deserve. #ForestryStudents #ForesterRecruitment #ForestryHasPlace
The conduct of a senior IAS officer with a female JKAS officer is disturbing and unacceptable. Deterrence of accountability has been thrown to the wind, grooming of officers is absent. This is certainly not the only incident. The calm and poise expected of the steel frame has taken a massive hit in recent years. Accountability must be restored.

As our peaceful movement continues, we remain hopeful that continued engagement and mutual understanding will lead to a fair and constructive resolution. We look forward to a positive response from the authorities and believe that a sincere effort can help bring this prolonged uncertainty to an end. DAY 25 OF PROTEST When patience runs thin and unanswered appeals continue to pile up, frustration finds its voice. Today marked another turning point in a struggle that students never wished to prolong. Our actions reflect the depth of our disappointment, but our demand remains unchanged: justice, recognition, and a concrete decision. We have waited, appealed, and stood firm. The responsibility now rests with the authorities to address the issue before this uncertainty deepens further. We did not want to reach this point. We were pushed here. #Day25 #ChainHungerStrike #ForestryStudents #ForesterRecruitment #ForestryHaqJK

We sincerely thank Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi @Agasyedmuntazir for condemning the order to suspend classwork and vacate the hostels. We deeply value his solidarity with Forestry students and his willingness to speak up for them at a time when their support matters most. His support is sincerely appreciated by the Forestry student community. #ForestryStudents #ForesterRecruitment #ForestryHasPlace
I strongly condemn this order issued against the students of the Faculty of Forestry, SKUAST-K, who were merely raising their voices for their legitimate rights. Students deserve to be heard with dignity and addressed through dialogue, not subjected to punitive measures that disrupt their education and force them to vacate their hostels at short notice. The right to raise genuine concerns should not be met with intimidation or collective punishment. @skuast_kashmir should reconsider this decision and engage constructively with the students, and resolve their grievances through meaningful dialogue. Students deserve justice, respect, and a fair hearing—not punishment for speaking up for their rights. Urging @JavedDar_NC Sb to intervene.
