Austin Wayne Mullins stole 9 laptops worth $14,550 from prosecutors while on pre-trial release for another break-in.
He has 10 prior charges since 2017 including robbery, drug possession, and weapons offenses. Despite 6 felony arrests, 2 reduced to misdemeanors, 2 declined prosecution, and now facing his 3rd burglary charge in 3 weeks.
Nothing says "I've learned my lesson" like targeting the same officials who just gave you a second chance.

Anyone else hear/see a distressed plane fly really close to downtown Austin? Felt like it was right outside my window in high rise off Rainey. Never heard a louder noise in my life and looked like smoke was coming from engines. @Austin_Police
So confirmed that was for the @TexasBaseball game, but there should never be a plane that close to downtown Austin at that low of a level. Or give people a heads up
