I absolutely love lurking in the “Let’s Talk Craft” or “Houston Craft Beer” Facebook pages. There’s a ton of prime examples of how to NOT respond to consumer complaints by local brewery staff and owners.

We are open from noon until 10pm tonight. We still have plenty of sanitary drinking water available for free. If you need water, please bring ANY container you can and we will fill it for you. *We will continue to fill water as long as we have it. – at Houston, TX

We realize that water is still spotty, and we have a lot of sanitary reverse osmosis filtered drinking water in our tanks. If you need potable water, please bring us a container and we will fill it for you, free of charge. Just approach the beer window and let us know.
