J.LEAGUE RECRUITMENT FILES #02 — FC TOKYO 🔵🔴🇯🇵
FC Tokyo have one academy detail I've wanted to look into properly for a while: Fukagawa and Musashi.
Two U15 teams developing players in different parts of Tokyo, before both feed into the same U18 side.
The geographical side makes sense, but I was more interested in what happens beyond that. You've got two separate groups competing and developing for three years before the club has to decide who moves forward.
Not every generation is going to be equally strong either.
So I've been going through the squad origins, the club's recruitment approach and some of the ideas behind how they develop their players.
There's a few youngsters I'm interested in following too.

Mito (Blue), Urawa (White)
I thought the red card was harsh because the blue player was desperately trying to avoid it while stepping on it.
I think Lukao is a different scene (Okayama)

In my opinion, white player is very lucky. That's obviously an uncontrolled dangerous behaviour. He could have been given a red card.
Even if he don't reach opponents legs, it's a very dangerous challenge. We don't have to wait for injuries to expell a player
