Four years after the leak, we are all still reeling from its impact and later leaks. This remains unfinished business for the Court and the country. Hopefully, the FBI will be able to complete what their colleagues in the Marshals Service started. jonathanturley.org/2026/11/0…

Redic waved his middle finger in the face of the victim and slapped him, declaring “That’s what I know.” It was a telling moment. What he knows is rage. Like many in today’s siloed media environment, he became irate when confronted with an opposing view and turned to violence. jonathanturley.org/2026/11/0…

Remember when they lit Tesla’s on fire? Were those the people that voted yesterday? Or the majority of people voted the same way they did? How TF did that happen? On the same side as the people who shut down college campuses to Jews?

When Xavier Mitchell attempted to flee police in 2022, he struck Kayla Kennedy's SUV. He shattered her pelvis. She had to relearn how to walk. She was given a second chance at life. Since that arrest, Mitchell was given a second chance at freedom again, again and again. He was one of CMPD's most arrested people in 2025. My report- 9 Investigates: Repeat Offenders

Liz Cheney wasn't kicked out of the Republican party when she endorsed a democrat. Lisa Murkowski wasn't kicked out of the Republican party when she endorsed a democrat. Yet Haley Stevens got kicked out of the Democratic party immediately after she endorsed a Republican. As I figured out not long before, the Democratic party is a cult.

A San Francisco Federal Reserve paper recently found that the influx of unauthorized immigrants under the radical left accounted for 20% of rent growth during the 2021-2024 Bidenflation surge. By contrast, President Trump’s immigration enforcement policies are producing the opposite effect. State-level data show a strong association between increased immigration enforcement and more affordable rents. @POTUS will always put American families FIRST.

With the reported investigations unfolding, the Alaska decoy scandal has the makings of a major scandal with possible criminal and civil elements. Staffers would be wise to "lawyer up," but they may want to avoid their campaign lawyers for the moment... jonathanturley.org/2026/10/2…

The NY Times is reporting that the Peltola campaign actively sought decoy "Dan Sullivans" to confuse Alaskan voters and draw votes away from the incumbent. According to a staffer, the very people claiming to be "defending democracy" sought to obstruct it. nytimes.com/2026/10/28/us/po…

I truly do not see how anyone could vote for @RoyCooperNC not his debate performance! Nor details on making life affordable. As NCGA showed best way to cut costs is CUT TAXES. So what’s your plan Roy? 🤷🏻‍♂️🤔🤦🏻‍♂️

Operatives aligned with Alaska Democratic Senate nominee Mary Peltola spent months recruiting candidates to peel votes from her Republican rival. The group worked to coax would-be spoilers into the race to dilute the incumbent's support. nyti.ms/3U1qsP1

This is crooked and fraudulent. The Democrat party should be ashamed of itself.
JUST IN: Democrat operatives spent months finding Alaskans with the same name as Republican Dan Sullivan so they could confuse voters and help Mary Peltola (D), according to The New York Times. A staffer was tasked with finding every voter named "Dan Sullivan" in the state and then contacting them and coaxing them to run for Senate. The plan worked when a man named "Dan J. Sullivan," a retired teacher from a small fishing village that can only be reached by air or ocean, announced he was running. He has held no campaign events, has given very few interviews, and has voted for Democrats in the past. As The Times reported, the Peltola campaign claims it had no involvement in recruiting "Dan J. Sullivan"; however, documents suggest the campaign was actively involved and that the operation was "much broader." "The endeavor, which was internally called the ballot composition project, involved secret trips to far-flung Alaskan communities and the appearance of a mysterious Midwestern operative, who traversed the state using a fake name and made his pitch to would-be candidates over beers at brew pubs," the NYT reports. Peltola was reportedly "definitely aware" of what was going on, according to Peltola's former campaign manager Elisa Rios. Alaska is expected to be one of the closest elections this cycle, and as of now, Peltola is the only Democrat, while there are two Dan Sullivans and another republican named Gerald Heikes, who was also allegedly recruited to take votes from Senator Sullivan. The New York Times reports that they have evidence from *12 people* who participated in the plot. These communists will do something like this and then tell you they are defending democracy.

True story. #NCpol #ncsen
This is actually true— Duke Energy guaranteed a $10 million line of credit so the Democrats could hold their 2012 convention in Charlotte. The host committee never paid it back. Duke simply wrote it off. Shareholders (and ultimately ratepayers) ate roughly $6 million of the cost after taxes. Jim Rogers, Duke’s CEO at the time and a co-chair of the host committee, shrugged it off as a contribution “for the greater good.” Years later Lynn Good collected $20–21 million packages—mostly stock and incentives—while North Carolina families watched electricity prices climb and the company sought rate hikes. A regulated monopoly underwriting one party’s convention, absorbing the loss, then handing its top executives eight-figure pay. That’s the arrangement.
