A 80+ y female presents with dizziness, day prior chestpain. RR not measurable, patient was alert, no prior V+ or diarrhoea, meds: gliclazide. Now multiple run VT. Treatment l: adrenaline iv (epi drip). RR ⤴️ (130/60) .. VT disappeared. Got ICD. What would you have done? #ecg
