Congrats again to T and Hugh on their college commitments to Colby. Watch out Waterville, couple of Tigers coming your way next fall
@tristansheehan_
He just doesn’t stop smashing baseballs. Thanks to the NEBJ for covering all of our players throughout the year
@HeermanRyan
New reclass 2028 at Thayer. High IQ and plays with some serious energy
Great last couple days down in Fort Meyers for WWBA. I went 4 for 8 with 2 walks. Here are some highlights from the tournament

Ryan Heerman (‘28 | MA) the #BostonCollege commit drops the bat head on this one & rips it into LF to plate a run on this 2B for Boston Prime 17U Navy. Transfers weight well w/ a slight uphill path. Easy PS juice in the frame

New Thayer Tiger, Nick Marini ‘28, ripping a ball to LF and showing his speed down the line at the WWBA Championships @nick_marini2
Congrats to these 3, along with Ryan Heerman, on their invitation to represent their Clubs and Thayer Baseball at the WWBA World Championships. Well deserved for these 4 DUDES. Go Tigers

We have for two more seasons and then he’s off to the Heights. Can’t wait for spring to go back to work with @HeermanRyan and the boys!
Excited to have Nick (and brother Max ‘30) in our program. The Marini brothers bring skill, high baseball IQ, and some serious competitiveness to Thayer Baseball…just how we like them. @nick_marini2
Rising 2028 beast, 6’4” 225 lbs LHP. Tighe pitched mostly in relief (13 Ks in 12.2 IP) for us last spring but did get a Win in his only start vs defending ISL Champs Lawrence Academy. Tighe will have a much bigger role for us next spring.
I also had the chance to pitch in several 17U and 18U games. Great experience playing with and against older teammates and competition. Combined 16U / 17U / 18U stats below:

2028 HOSS. Is it spring yet!?
Awesome finish to the summer season at the Harvard team camp this weekend. Started yesterday against the US9 17U Navy and managed my pitches for some swing and misses and soft contact.

Yeah he’s pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good! @HeermanRyan
Heerman to the Heights! Rising Jr Captain has been a stud for us in his first 2 seasons in black and orange. So proud and happy for Ryan and his family.
I’m incredibly excited and honored to announce my commitment to continue my academic and baseball career at Boston College!
First, I want to thank Coach Todd, Coach House, Coach Holden, and the entire @BCBirdBall staff for believing in me and providing this amazing opportunity.
A special thank you to Jack McLaughlin, Rudy Baez, Coach Pierce, all of the coaches at Boston Prime and Thayer Academy. Thanks to John Murphy, Parsons Sports Performance, and all of my teammates and friends who have supported me throughout this journey. I am truly grateful for everyone who has played a role in my development both on and off the field.
Most importantly, thank you to my parents and family for your endless love, sacrifices, and unwavering support. None of this would have been possible without you.
Incredibly blessed for this opportunity and can't wait for the next chapter.
Go Eagles! 🦅 #ForBoston

Thank you to Coach Rusty for the invite to pitch for the US9 17u team yesterday in a 6-1 win over a solid East Coast Eagles team. I was able to get ahead in counts, and pitch to contact.

Congrats to Hughie and T on their commitments to Colby College. The Mules are getting two beasts! Looks like it’s “Thayer North” coming to Waterville, ME in 2028
