To my white friends and followers – I challenge you. You’re equipped with a unique ability that I’ll never have. The ability to hear what white people say when Black people aren’t around. In these instances I ask you to challenge anything that promotes racial inequity.
So grateful 💛🖤

Start at home, with your friends, with your colleagues. I know this isn’t easy for some of you which is why it is important for you to first educate yourself. Challenge your own belief system, challenge your own privilege, challenge your own biases.
This fight is not exclusive to black people, it is for all of us. #BlackLivesMatter
