Well, J.K. Rowling actually answered this. Hogwarts is free to attend because the Ministry of Magic covers the cost of magical education. So Harry, Ron and Hermione weren’t secretly attending some ridiculously expensive boarding school; their education was publicly funded.
But there’s an important catch: free tuition doesn’t mean everything is free. Students still need to buy their own wands, robes, books, cauldrons and other school supplies. That’s why Harry needed money from his vault at Gringotts to shop for his first year, while families like the Weasleys struggled to afford everything.
The interesting question is how the Ministry funds the whole system. The books never give us a detailed Hogwarts budget or explain exactly how much comes from taxes and other government revenue. We know who covers the cost, but not the full financial machinery behind it. Apparently, even the wizarding world has a public education budget we never get to see.

- Dickerson looks better. Not perfect, but better.

You may hate Ronaldo's act, but you should understand his concerns.
And this is my point. Look at all these top professionals saying the same thing for 10 years. Then Cristiano comes, speaks up for the fans, tries to kickstart a football revolution at the club, tells the truth about the facilities, the owners, the lack of ambition - and United fans slandered him for it.
What a world we live in.

I knew and contemplated the fact that we may have to change QBs because Tua was the better passer. Even though he was inexperienced we played him quite a bit throughout the year. But the way Jalen handled this. Didn’t leave the team. He came back. I told him, look, you wanna play in the NFL someday? You’ve got a great opportunity to go out and practice every day and become a better passer, a better processor, get the ball out of your hand, not relying on your legs to run all the time. You’re not allowed to run in practice. You’re going to do this every day. You’re going to become better by doing this every day. No one talks about the perseverance that he showed in overcoming adversity relative to his position as a starting QB who was 26-2 and got beat out. And he handled it the right way, which shows the kind of character that he has, the kind of teammate that he is. I mean it’s unbelievable.”
Last year we were top 20 RPI almost all year and it never mattered in the polls and now this year every thing changed immensely in the polls based off RPI… we did it to ourselves last weekend 100% but the lack of consistency is frustrating. Oh well. Gotta earn it now.
