Elston Turner played with MJ, the NBA's all-time great 2-way guard.
And while the game has evolved in ways that perhaps make such dominance more difficult, Turner still believes 2-way stardom is achieveable today.
Anthony Edwards is out to prove it

Fun half of basketball.
Minnesota's defense was largely nasty.
TJ was terrific on both ends. Ant was, as well.
Toronto showed why it's a good team, sticking with it enough to only be down 8 at half while being thoroughly out-played
Whether you get a first down or not depending on how straight of a line an official can run on from the sideline to the ball
What a sport
Out Iowa’d Iowa
Won with discipline again
You’d be surprised how often they do that
Jug, Pig, maybe axe?

You actually see what the Iowa corner did on that offsides a lot
…
While coaching 2nd grade flag football
Tonight may have been more encouraging for the Wolves than even Wednesday
Because if the bench can be part of the reason *why* they win … Minnesota is going to win a lot of games this season
Surprised by Minnesota’s defensive success out of the gates this season?
Par for the course for Elston Turner-led units..

If you free trial this weekend, here’s the by-month numbers of DAZN exclusives at the moment
November: 10 games
December: 6 games
January: 9 games
February: 3 games
March: 7 games
April: 3 games
If you wanna do monthly, just doing November and January is best bang for buck
Reminder you can get a 7 day free trial on DAZN if you want to watch the wolves
These next 3 games are all DAZN exclusives, so not a bad time to use it
That will always stick out in my mind as the game Minnesota’s conservative nature most cost itself …
30 runs for 61 yards. Run calls that stunted drives
No. 20 @HawkeyeFootball upsets undefeated No. 8 Minnesota 🙌
We had to revisit the Hawkeyes’ 2019 win that kept Floyd of Rosedale in Iowa City 🐷
Interested to see if LaMelo and Ant can reproduce their 3 point success tonight against Orlando
Nickeil and CJ went a combined 9 for 14 from deep in Atlanta’s win Wednesday over the Magic
Very obvious why Reaves and Ant hit it off when they were teammates in that World Cup
Austin Reaves about Luka Dončić halfcourt shot:
"It was a terrible shot. It was 3.3 seconds left when he caught it... " 😂
@SpectrumSN
Adding to this..
Jaden had 8 rebounds last night
Tied his high from last year's regular season (2x)
Obviously helps Jaden didn't have to guard a high-end scorer. But in general, those guys HAVE to hit the glass more this season. They did last night.
Gotta sustain it
