Don't fall for slick BOP PR/smoke/mirrors re: listening sessions & mission changes. When a prison decreases security, it needs less staff. (skews the understaffing stats) They always had the ability under policy to place people outside the classification. Don't be duped! #prison

I’d be disrespecting the “Keystone Cops”, if I referred to the BOP’s handeling of the Whitey Bulger Case as Keystone Cop like! The IG report is a stark example of the leadership void and the most case management negligence that I have ever witnessed! #prisonreform #leadership
